Comfortable, well equipped villa

A very comfortable & well equipped villa in a peaceful location, with far-reaching views. The whole booking & check-in process was very smooth thanks to Michelle. We were staying in December, so can't really comment on the pool or garden, but they looked very pleasant. We would certainly stay again.

Très belle villa, parfaitement équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de soin. Toutes les fournitures nécessaires sont mises à disposition, ce qui rend le séjour très confortable dès l’arrivée.L’hôte est attentionné, joignable et très réactif.La maison est située au calme, en pleine nature, avec un jardin magnifique et de superbes aménagements extérieurs. La piscine et les espaces extérieurs sont vraiment très agréables, même si nous n’avons pas pu en profiter pleinement à cause des températures.Un lieu idéal pour se détendre et se ressourcer. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Tres beau site. Tres tres tres bien aménagé avec beaucoup de gout. Il ne manque rien. La vaisselle est de qualité, on se croit a la maison. Tout est prevu pour cuisiner. Tres beau jardin et environnement.Nous n avons pas pu profiter de la piscine car nous avons loué a Noël. Acceuil parfait tres sympa. A recommander sans probleme.

Gite spacieux en pleine campagne, très bien équipé.

Gîte idéal pour se ressourcer. Objectif atteint à savoir météo correcte en cette période de l'année, (re)découverte de la ville d'Uzès toujours aussi attractive, randonnées nature. Très bon accueil à l'arrivée et propriétaire très aimable et courtois au départ. Je recommande fortement cet endroit.

Paradiesisch

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal an diesem wunderbaren Ort. Und es war auch dieses Mal einfach nur perfekt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Michelle und Gérard begrüßt. Außerdem waren sie zeitlich sehr flexibel, sodass wir früher als erwartet das Haus beziehen konnten. Das Grundstück und der Pool sind unglaublich schön, man befindet sich in einer unglaublichen Idylle. Man hört Vögel zwitschern, die man schon gar nicht mehr kennt, wenn man in der Großstadt wohnt. Das Haus ist ganz bezaubernd. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll, z.B. wunderschöne Möbel, aber sie ist auch extrem praktisch. Man hat alle Dinge, die man braucht. Es ist kein Haus, in dem einfach ein paar Möbel und Haushaltsgegenstände reingestellt wurden. Vielmehr wurde bei der Einrichtung alles Mögliche berücksichtigt, was man benötigen könnte, sogar die Beleuchtung ist ganz toll und wirklich durchdacht. Auch war das Haus extrem sauber, die Betten sehr bequem. Die Anzahl an Handtüchern ist unglaublich (wir hatten zwar unsere eigenen Handtücher dabei, weil wir leider vergessen hatten, dass Michelle sie zur Verfügung stellt), sodass man auch in diesem Punkt keinerlei Einschränkungen hat. Eigentlich sollte man nicht so schwärmen, wenn man selbst nochmal hin will, aber das hätten Michelle und Gérard nicht verdient. Merci beaucoup!

Gemütliches Ferienhaus mit schönem Garten und freundlichen Gastgebern

Das Haus liegt schön eingebettet in die Landschaft. Besonders gut hat uns der liebevoll gestaltete mediterrane Garten und der Pool gefallen, von welchem man direkt auf einen Olivenhain blickt. Es ist zudem eine Pergola vorhanden, in der man auch abends noch im Licht einer großen Laterne sitzen kann. Innen ist das Haus gemütlich im Landhausstil eingerichtet und bietet genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Die geräumige und barrierefreie Dusche und die praktische Küche haben wir besonders geschätzt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und geben einem das Gefühl, herzlich willkommen zu sein. In kurzer Zeit ist man mit dem Auto in Uzés, einem malerischen alten Städtchen mit einem sehenswerten Markt. Zudem sind auch der Pont du Gard und der Fluss Gardon für stimmungsvolle Kanufahrten in der Nähe. Auch tolle Wanderungen in den zahreichen Gorges der Umgebung sind sehr zu empfehlen - die Kennzeichnung der Wege hat sich übrigens stark verbessert in den letzten Jahren ;). Kurzum: Wir können das Ferienhaus, die Umgebung und die Gastgeber uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Wir waren von dem Haus in jeder Hinsicht begeistert. Das Grundstück ist wunderschön - toller Garten mit verschiedenen Blühpflanzen, aber auch wunderschönen Olivenbäumen, toller Pool und dazu noch eine zusätzliche idyllische Sitzecke (überrankte Terrasse). Es herrscht hier wirklich eine ungestörte Ruhe. Das Haus war extrem sauber und wunderbar und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und vor allem groß. Michelle war eine sehr gute Gastgeberin, bei Bedarf immer verfügbar, aber ansonsten extrem diskret.

Mr et Mme Ferrand savent vous accueillir. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa idéalement placée et surtout très bien équipée. Rien ne manque. Salle de bain refaite récemment et vraiment agréable. Le silence nous a permis de nous reposer. la terrasse et le coin repas sous la pergola ont été très appréciés de toute la famille. La piscine privée est le plus. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Très beau séjour calme et reposant

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour entre noël et le jour de l'an. La maison est dans un cadre superbe entre oliviers et vignes, très calme et reposant. La maison est très bien équipée et très confortable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la cheminée lors de ce séjour. La propriétaire a été très accueillante et accommodante car nous avions des contraintes logistiques du fait d'une personne à mobilité réduite. Nous recommandons donc vivement cet endroit.

Séjour très agréable et reposant

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux à la villa. Où on s’y sent instantanément chez sois. La vue est sublime! Les propriétaires sont vraiment gentils et très arrangeants. La villa a un très beau jardin paysagé, elle est entourée de champs et de collines verdoyantes, tout en étant à proximité de toutes les commodités, ce sont les vacances parfaites! Je recommande sans hésitation.

"We spent a wonderfully relaxed week at this accommodation in the tranquil locale of St. Mediers. On arrival, we were welcomed by the owners who were extremely friendly, welcoming and hospitable. They lived nearby, giving assurance and help if required. The property was extremely clean and well-appointed with beautiful scenic views from the sun terrace. There were plenty of facilities and access was easy. The swimming pool was clean and most welcome. The pretty hamlet of St. Mediers is quiet, but the nearby town of Uzes is within about 8 km, where there are an abundance of quaint restaurants, shops and historic places of interest. We have no hesitation in recommending this property which would suit all members of the family. We would certainly like to return ourselves!"

"Als Familie mit zwei Kindern haben wir uns zwei Wochen lang im Ferienhaus der Ferrands sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen liebenswürdig, Haus und Garten sind äußerst gepflegt und die Umgebung bestens geeignet, um erholsame und anregende Ferien zu verbringen."
