This magnificent detached villa is situated in a quiet urbanisation yet only 400m from the Cala Egos beach. There is a good selection of shops and restaurants just over 1km from the Marina. The property is set in extensive grounds with mature gardens with lawns and benefits from a covered alfresco dining area.
With 5 bedrooms spread across two floors and 4 bathrooms throughout, this villa is ideal for larger groups or families travelling together.
Important Information - Please note - entrance to the villa is via the first floor. For environmental and energy savings, this villa has time air conditioning to ensure you have air conditioning during the middle of the day and throughout the night.
Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 114cm with 0 steps. The front door has a width of 83cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 150cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 300cm wide and the grounds are mainly flat. There are 19 steps leading to the first floor. All the bedrooms have a door width of 73cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 73cm. Perfect for familie på 10 personer!!
Dette har vært helt topp!! Ferieboligen passet utmerket til vår familie som teller totalt 10 personer. Eldste 66 år, yngste 23 måneder. Flott uteområde, nydelig basseng som ble brukt ofte! Godt utstyrt hus på alle vis. Her kommer vi gjerne igjen om anledningen byr seg. Også kort gåavstand til butikker og tog som tok oss inn til Cala D'or.
