This is a typical old farmhouse with amazing grounds that you have access to.The owners and their dog were absolutely lovely and very welcoming.It’s a very quiet, peaceful location with many lovely places to access by a short drive.Ideal gardens for a family.

Lovely and peaceful place to stay

We had a lovely stay at this property. It was well equipped and comfortable and set in a very peaceful location. You do need a car to get around although we managed to cycle a couple of times. We particularly enjoyed going to Vitre and Rennes.

A lovely rural property

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was well equipped with e .g board games, sports equipment such as table tennis and lots of tourist information. The owners were extremely helpful when we had questions. We will miss Nais the dog and would recommend this property to other families.

Perfect get away

We really liked the house. Beautiful views on the hills. Located in the countyside. The house has everything you need. We visited Mont Saint Michel (get there early!) Saint Malo & Dinan. All worth visiting!!!! Our dog also enjoyed the stay. The property is surrounded with a fence so he could walk freely.

Lovely little cottage in rural area

We all enjoyed our stay in this little stone cottage. We spent most of our time in the kitchen, which is large and leads out onto a patio with a large lawn/small field to the right of that which has lovely views and is completely secluded. The owners are very friendly and my mother in law was particularly taken with their dog which is incredibly well trained and intelligent. Even if you were a bit nervous of dogs you would like this dog. The drive to Fougères is only about 10 minutes or so. Nice area full of fields of sweetcorn and near lots of interesting places.

Le logement est vraiment très agréable et les propriétaires également. Un beau terrain pour pouvoir s'amuser en famille. Nos chiennes ont adoré pouvoir gambader dans ce très grand terrain clos. Une adresse à retenir !!!

Unsere 5-köpfige Familie hat in diesem gemütlichen und schönen Ferienhaus einen wunderbaren Urlaub erlebt. Das Haus bot alles, was wir brauchten, der große Garten lud zum Entspannen oder Federball spielen ein und die Esel, Katzen und Hund erfreuten ganz besonders die Kinder. Die Vermieter waren auf eine unaufdringliche Art sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wenn wir etwas brauchten.

Rustig aangenaam verblijf

Heerlijk rustige vakantiewoning, ideaal met kinderen, zij en wij hebben genoten van de mooie grote tuin en de dieren. In het huis was alles voorzien wat we nodig hadden. De eigenaars waren super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hebben ons geen moment verveeld en tal van uitstappen gedaan, zowel naar pittoreske middeleeuwse dorpjes als richting kust. Bretagne was prachtig. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Fantastic property and even better owners

I think we should start with - Fantastic!! The property was of a very high standard both internally and externally with the beautiful peaceful gardens and nearby surroundings It contained everything we needed for our holiday and the Gite was spotless. The owners were close by if we needed them, but they never imposed themselves. We felt very secure within the gated grounds, which still offered clear views of beautiful scenery, perfect for relaxing. Close by was the town of Fougeres where you could find all the shops you needed. Communication was very easy prior to our stay. Régine replied immediately and answered any questions we had. The homemade tart Régine made us was a very welcomed treat after our 700+ mile journey. Such a kind thought. Thank you again so much. We can not fault our stay everything about it was perfect. We will definitely be back next year and likely every year after that. Thank you both for an amazing holiday. We were sad to leave but are looking forward to seeing you next year. Parfait!!!!!!

Venant de l'Ain et de l'Auvergne pour une communion en Bretagne d'un de nos petits fils, nous avons passés peu de temps au gîte, mais nous l'avons agréablement apprécié. Seul petit bémol, il manque un WC à l'étage lorsqu'il y a des enfants. Bel environnement et propriétaire chaleureux.

Gîte parfait pour un séjour en famille

Cadre agréable et accueil sympathique. Le confort du gîte et l'espace sécurisé est parfait avec de jeunes enfants. Draps, serviettes fournis facilitent l'installation dans un décor à la fois sobre et de bon goût. Les enfants ont pu approcher les animaux et l'espace jeux de l'étage leur a permis d'être autonomes. De nombreuses sorties sont possibles dans la région.

Une maison de vacances idéale

Nous venons de passer un peu plus de deux semaines aux Basses Bêsmes et nous en revenons ravis. La maison est très agréable, très calme et très propre. Le jardin est spacieux. Les enfants se sont régalés et le petit plus ils ont pu profiter pleinement de Naïs, le chien de Régine et Henri qui nous ont très bien accueillis dans leur gîte. Nous y retournerons avec le plus grand plaisir. Bonne continuation.

Nous sommes toujours ravis de voir que nos vacanciers apprécient le cadre et l'accueil. Le grand jardin est aménagé autant pour la détente et le repos que pour les jeux d'enfants. Naïs, notre petite chienne, a beaucoup joué avec les enfants. Mais elle sait aussi se faire discrète quand ceux-ci sont plus craintifs. Au plaisir de vous revoir en Bretagne.

merveilleux séjour gîte spacieux avec un grand terrain très agréable pour laisser courrir en liberté les chiens, jeux pour les enfants et se reposer au calme. Propriétaires très sympathiques qui vous accueillent en vous offrant des spécialites locales far breton cidre et qui vous conseillent pour visiter les beaux et mystérieux sites bretons.
