Ikaros villa 1 is ideally located on the first floor at a very peaceful area in Makrigialos at eastern southern part of Crete. From the balcony, you can have a fantastic view to the crystal blue sea. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 spacious living room, tastefully decorated, with full equipped kitchen with fridge, coffee-maker, toaster, 1 full bath with bathtub, 1 WC with shower and furnished balcony. In each room, there is air-conditioning. A satellite TV is available and wireless internet access too. Here you can spend your relaxing holidays by the sea and enjoyable sightseeing. From the wonderful balcony you can enjoy your dinner or your drink in peaceful, looking the view to the blue sea. The 2 bedroom holiday apartment offers safety for the children. Long term renters are welcome too. Discount for long stayers is as follow : 5 % of the price for a stay over 2 weeks and 10 % of the price for a stay over 3 weeks.
Ikaros villa is located in Makrigialos a nice place who the sun shines all year round. The apartments are available in the winter time and flights could be found on internet with "easy jet", "aegean airlines" or other companies. You can spend here a lovely winter with a temperature from 10 to 15 degrees and you can enjoy walks around under the winter sun.

Early Season Break

As a family of six we managed to fit nicely into this apartment, even accommodating some friends for meals and socializing. Proximity to the beach was ideal for exciteable small boys and lazy teenagers! An ideal base to explore the South East coastline and surrounding hill villages and for gorge walking. Very handy stretch of beach around the corner with restaurants serving very nice food. Thanks Nota for letting us experience Makrigialos at Easter!

Great apartment next to the beach.

Lovely spacious, clean 2 bed apartment. Balcony looks out over the beach (1min walk) shingle, very peaceful . Nota very friendly and helpful. Local taverna 2 mins walk and around 5 - 10 mins walk you can be in the old harbour and main sandy beach, very shallow perfect for kids, with several more restaurants, tavernas and snack bars. Also plenty of local supermarkets/ tourist shops. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone.

Semaine très venteuse, nous n'avons jamais pu nous installer sur la terrasse car le vent soufflait trop fort tous les jours. Vue un peu décevante (une grosse poubelle en face toujours pleine) juste devant la mer très belle. la propriétaire reste très discrète, son accueil a été cordial. Le mobilier et l'équipement seraient à rafraîchir car c'est un peu vieillot, le frigo est trop petit, l'agencement de la cuisine rend la préparation des repas un peu difficile. La plage à proximité est appréciable mais avec de jeunes enfants, celle de sable à 10 minutes à pieds est plus agréable même s'il faut payer pour les transats. Beaucoup d'excursions à faire pour découvrir l'est de la Crète, belle région. Seul le vent omniprésent et très fort nous a un peu terni le séjour.

"3 semaines passées en été 2011 dans cet appartement magnifiquement situé en face de la mer. Plage de tout petit cailloux juste en face et de sable fin idéale pour les enfants ( peu profonde) à 5mn à pied. Route très peu passante en bas de la maison. Appartement agréable avec une belle vue, l''equipement de la cuisine est un peu restreint si l''on souhaite cuisiner. Propriétaires très chaleureux et acueillants, situés juste à coté."
