Thank you for your review. We're glad the location and condo worked well for you. Sorry about the noise from the unit above and that the living room and master bedroom TVs did not work. We reported the TV issues to maintenance for repair/replacement and passed your feedback about the noise to property management so they can remind guests about quiet hours and monitor future stays. We appreciate your feedback and hope to host you again at All Seasons Resort Lodging.
Great location, ski-in/out was very convenient. Nice kitchen/great room. Clean and had everything we needed. If downside, the unit above had young kids and the sound carried directly through to our unit. Could have been worse, but sound transmission was the only complaint for a high-end rental.
It’s in an excellent location with all the amenities listed as described and was very comfortable for 7 adults. All beds were super comfortable. Very convenient to all lifts. It only offers one parking spot so having more than one car is very inconvenient as any additional cars are in a remote lot. The kitchen was fully appointed but did not contain any of the basics (I.e. condiments, etc). It offers a Mr Coffee pot and keurig. We would gladly rent this condo in the future.

Perfect!
We spent the month of June in this beautiful, comfortable, spacious condo, and were so sad to have to leave it! We already booked it for next June. The area is so quiet and peaceful at this time of year, yet so close to Park City or anything else we may need to get to. We hiked all over PC and the Canyons, ate a truly amazing restaurants, and grilled out on the balcony many nights. We were a little sad that the hot tub was removed the first week we were there (structural and legal issues...not the fault of the owners), but it certainly didn't take away from our enjoyment of the place. Can't wait to get back here!

Beautiful stay
We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a beautiful week of great weather and snow! The house was well equipped had plenty of space for friends to come by and very cozy. We did come in the off season and were only one family but for larger groups with two cars there is only a one car garage. The walls are a little thin as we could hear our neighbors a few times but if it was crowded not sure how much you would hear. There also isn't a pool/spa for the unit which is kinda a bummer and the shuttle does not go up the hill! It's really close to the village and having the gondola to ski to is great but getting back to the house with all your stuff is a trek! All things considered we loved our stay! ❤️
Really enjoyed this property. Location was perfect (80 yard walk to buckle into skis). Plenty of room (family of 5 or more). Updated/Current with nice fixtures and appointments. Plenty of square footage to spread out. I will use this property again.
Everything was wonderful. The property was immaculate and beautiful. The location was picturesque. The staff was responsive and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay, start to finish.
This unit ISN’T A PENTHOUSE UNIT! The unit above it is a penthouse sense it’s on the highest level. This is important for those who may not want to deal with hearing people above them. This wasn’t an issue for us, just concerned about the misleading title.
Additionally, All communication is sent to your email… 3-4 emails are sent like before stay. This includes an email with your access code. First email didn’t have a code, second email had a code we discovered was incorrect upon arrival. This required me to find the email with the link to the property manager’s website where they keep a digital guide. Buried in here is important info like the trash code.
Good idea for having a central site for all info, just poor execution.
We loved our stay. The condo was beautiful and very well maintained. We enjoyed the location, just feet away from hiking trails as well as the Canyons Village. Would absolutely return. Thanks so much!
We loved the condo. As it was late summer the Canyons was a ghost town. I wish there were some amenities/restaurants open. A king bed in the upstairs guest room would be awesome as the queen was not very comfortable. However, the condo is absolutely awesome. I would love to have been there during ski season as the location would be perfect.

Canyons ski vacation
The property was very nice but there are people above the condo that were stomping around and until 11:30pm. Heard it in the afternoon also. We did call the property manager who did talk to them.
Our check in took a little longer because we were told the #7 garage was the one where the trees are to the right hand side. There are 3 #7 garages. The actual garage is the first #7 garage that you see. It could have been explained a little better.
The property is great and luxurious; the location is ski in and out. The only negative is no hot tub, which is almost a must in a ski resort destination.
A beautiful property, everything it claims to be, we had a wonderful thanksgiving with our family. The only complaint would be that the walls are a little thin and could hear the neighbors a little. But not to be a deteirent because it is a beautiful place!

Really nice condo beautifully furnished. Crazy amount of construction a real bummer
Property was as described and the Canyons resort is very nice and has lots of amenities from out your door dining and hiking. The apartment is beautifully furnished and except for an issue with the bedroom TV and a quirky air conditioner all good. The HUUUGE problem was that we where right in the middle of an insane construction zone. The construction noise would start by 6 am, the amount of dust was simply overwhelming to the point sitting in the balcony was impossible due to the amount of dust all over everything out there. Riding my bicycle through the zone was an adventure having to navigate broken roads, mud and barriers closing quite a few of the main roads. It was at times downright dangerous. The check in process was dicey ad well although it worked out but not without a few anxious moments. At the end the construction brought what could have been 5 stars to the 3 stars I awarded. Frankly I wish I would have been told that way in advance of my stay.
We spent the month of June here for the second summer in a row, and loved it just as much as the first time! It is a spacious, clean, well appointed place in a very small complex. I only saw one or two other people in neighboring units the entire time. The Canyons is very quiet this time of year, which we absolutely love. Many of our usual hiking trails were inaccessible due to a big snow year, but we just hiked at lower altitudes. I took one star off only because of ongoing construction in the immediate area, but that was the only (very small) drawback, hopefully to be over soon. Can't wait to come back next summer.

Amazing!
This unit exceeded our expectations for our accommodations. The unit was very comfortable and had plenty of room for our crowd of 6. Lots of room for everyone! We never had to run the heat or the fireplace due to the heat that radiated from the other units. We actually had to open the windows to let cooler air into the unit. One aspect to note...right now there is lots of construction in Canyons Village as well as on the slope directly behind this set of townhomes. There isn't ski in/ski out available currently...not sure if this will change once the construction is complete. Thank you!

About the host
Hosted by All Seasons Resort Lodging
All Seasons Resort Lodging has been helping guests turn their dream vacations into reality since 1999. What started with one man and a few condominiums near a ski resort has become a property management family offering hundreds of beautiful condos, townhomes, and vacation residences all over Park City, Santa Fe, and San Diego. Over 26 years, we've become the local experts in providing high-quality accommodations and exceptional service.
What makes this property unique
There are lots of luxury condos in Park City, but none of them have the combination of character, location, and features you'll find in this beautiful home. A private "villa", rich in Old-World charm and uncompromising in its luxurious features, this home is a unique Canyons Village destination that will have you eager to spend a few more nights in Park City.
From the front door all the way to your bedroom, no effort has been spared to create a comfortable environment where you can relax to the fullest. Every chair is pleasantly overstuffed, every bed is decadently soft, and all the appliances and fixtures are top-rated brands.
People come here to ski. Canyons Village is Park City's fastest-growing ski area, and Vintage on the Strand is perfectly situated to get the most out of a ski trip. A short walk down to the end of the block lets you access the runs to ski down to the resort. Your perch above the ski area gives you an easy way to access the snow without being surrounded by constant noise and traffic. Instead, you can park in your private garage, rest in your private home, and then ski at one of North America's best winter resorts.
