Villa Gabriella 4 bed Villa opposite Golf Course, 3km from the beach

Villa Gabriella is a well kept, stunning 4 bedroom property situated between the town of Chiclana and Conil (Roche is 2 minutes away) in the region of Cadiz in southern Spain, the villa offers English, German, Spanish and French tv, and Wifi connection. We have recently updated the villa by painting all rooms in the house and new mattresses, bed linen and towels. The villa has a large lounge/dining room with open fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 en suite shower room, the property stands in a beautiful large mature gardens with a patio and additional shaded seating area by the 8 x 4 metre pool, the garden is very private and secluded with plenty of space for children to play and a barbeque for alfresco dining. At the front of the house are secure gates with parking for cars and a shaded patio area with comfortable seating. The villa can sleep up to 8+ people, with bedrooms to sleep 8 people and 2 extra beds for children if required. Villa Gabriella is situated overlooking Estancia gold which is a 18 hole golf course just off the n340. Walking distance is a venta, bar/restaurant and beautiful countryside and pine trees, a car is necessary for the beach 3km away, shopping, restaurants and supermarkets are also close by.
This region of Spain is perfect for a family holiday, the region has plenty to offer, from historical cites with such charm! Cadiz, Seville and Jerez are all worth a visit, Gibraltar, 1.15 hrs away is a good day out for a bit of tax free shopping, a trip around the rock is an experience, watch out for the monkeys!! trips to see the Dolphins are also available, which is a really great experience. Verjer de la Frontera is a lovely hill top Spanish Village, a 15 minute drive away, this is one of my favorite places lots of little shops, boutiques, restaurants and bars.

Conil (a weekly market is worth a visit) and a lively little place to visit during the day or evenings, El Porta de Santa Maria - You can take a boat trip across the Bay of Cadiz to this lovely town, with it's fine Bodegas, fish restaurants, pop across for lunch together with a glass of fino or two! Tarifa - again Dolphin trips are available from here, which are a great trip for all the family, Go to the beach where the big sand dune is (punta paloma) experience a mud bath!! And watch the kite surfers! Rota, Sanlucar de Barrameda, Donana Cota National Park, are some of the few places that are really worth a visit - or if you choose to sit and relax by the pool, ride the waves or relax on the beautiful La Barrosa Beach, or hire a Kayak at Santi Petri Beach and paddle over to what seems like your own private island! We are sure you will have a lovely holiday in the Costa de Luz.

A great place to relax and to explore the coast and nearby towns

The location is ideal for exploring up and down the coast. The house is spacious and has a very large open plan living room / kitchen, which leads out to the pool. The grounds are very private and well maintained, with loads of space. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Wonderful villa

We had a great time at the villa, beautiful pool and a lovely garden. Lots of places to sit outside that were shaded. Very well appointed villa with lots of extras. The only downside (and nothing that would stop us from coming again) would be the lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms. Great location too and easy to reach nearby towns and breaches. Thanks again Jackie!

Great pool

the house is as it appears in the photos. The kitchen has the utensils that are needed. The pool area is beautiful and very well maintained, just like the hammocks. the sofas on the front porch already have the new covers. What does not work well is the wifi. Really enjoyed it

Value for money and friendly owners

The communication with the Jackie and Patrick was good. They answered every question very quick. We found everything we needed in the Villa Gabriella. Though we could have used some better knifes in the kitchen. The pool is nice and clean. The area is great for morning-runs. We visited Tarifa, Bolonia, Vejer de la Frontera, Jerez and Sevilla during our stay. We were two families with grown-up kids (8 persons)

Great base for touring!

The directions provided to the house were very clear. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean with everything provided. The villa is close to a number of major towns and resorts so it is a good base for exploring the surrounding countryside. The pool and garden were great and the children thoroughly enjoyed themselves. There is a venta within walking distance which was popular with our older teens! There was a lot of information provided in the house on local tourist spots, though I would recommend you bring a good road map (or else a sat nav) as they are difficult to find locally!

La casa es tal y como se muestra. Perfectamente acoge a 8 adultos en sus 4 dormitorios. La cocina cuenta con prácticamente todo lo que puedes necesitar. La casa esta muy bien comunicada para llegar en coche y poder ir a los supermercados. A tener en cuenta, el perímetro con la parcela de al lado, no esta vallado perfectamente, y puede escaparse el perro. La recomendaría y volvería sin duda.

Casa ideal para estar en familia

Hemos pasado una semana 4 adultos y 4 niños y lo hemos pasado muy bien. La casa está estupenda tal y como se ve en las fotos. La atención del anunciante ha sido excelente desde el primer minuto. Si surge algún problema te atienden rápidamente para solucionarlo. Todo muy cuidado y limpio. Tiene todo tipo de menaje del hogar. Sólo hemos echado en falta algún cuchillo grande que no sea de sierra y más vasos de cristal, pero hay de todo. El único inconveniente ha sido que la TV no sintonizaba la mayoría de los canales y en los que sí lo hacía perdía la señal. Eso habría que solucionarlo. A pesar de eso, nos ha gustado mucho la casa y volveríamos sin pensarlo.

La casa y los dueños perfectos

La estancia en casa de Jackie&Patrick ha sido perfecta. El lugar es mejor todavía que en las fotografías. La localización está en un lugar genial para poder visitar todo estando cerca, y a la vez tener la tranquilidad y calma para unas buenas vacaciones. La atención prestada por ellos, la información y las facilidades ha sido absoluta, estando siempre dispuestos a contestar inmediatamente a cualquier pregunta. Un sitio encantador, tranquilo y muy bonito

Todo estaba perfecto, bastante sitio para aparcar dentro, habitaciones amplias y cómodas con buenos colchones, 2 baños, cocina super espaciosa y equipada con ventanal con vistas a la piscina y salón con salida a la zona de piscina y barbacoa, zona que nos a encantado con la piscina con parte bajita para los niños y más honda para los mayores, muchas hamacas y la parte que más hemos disfrutado de todas, la zona chill out super bonita decorada y dónde daba gusto echar nuestros ratitos. Volveremos a repetir seguro y por supuesto lo recomendamos a amigos y a todo el mundo.

En general bien

Voy a empezar comentando las mejores condiciones de la vivienda: Lo mejor de la casa la zona exterior, con una amplia y bonita piscina, zona ajardinada, tumbonas y varios rincones agradables en el jardín. La casa por dentro es antigua, aunque la cocina está muy equipada con mucho menaje y los electrodomésticos son muy buenos. Lo que realmente es muy mejorable son las camas, colchones y almohadas, tendrían que realizar una pequeña inversión en este sentido porque dormir 15 días en una de estas camas la verdad es que ha sido terrorífico, pero si realmente cambiaran esta cuestión sería una casa para repetir.

Alojamiento villa Grabiela.

La casa es muy práctica y tiene muy buena ubicación, si que es verdad que tiene de todo lo que puedes necesitar pero hay que renovar el exterior y los utensilios de cocina. Pero por lo general ha sido una estancia muy satisfactoria.

Toller Pool, schöner Garten, viel Platz und nette Vermieter

Der erste Blick am frühen Morgen nach unserer Ankunft auf den Pool brachte uns zum Staunen: "Wow, ist der schön und gross!". Doch nicht nur der Pool, sondern der gesamte Garten ist schön und großzügig. Ebenfalls das Haus. Wir waren zu fünft dort, davon drei Kinder zwischen einem und zehn Jahren. Die Küche ist sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Spül- und Waschmaschine sind neuwertig. Es gibt zusätzliche Badetücher. Die Sofas, der Staubsauger, die Auflagen für die Liegen und die Gartenmöbel vor dem Haus haben ihre besten Jahre hinter sich und könnten gegen neue ausgetauscht werden. Das Haus steht in einer einfachen ländlichen Gegend. Von hier aus haben wir Ausflüge nach Gibraltar, Sevilla, Tarifa, Jerez, Cadiz und einige mehr gemacht. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war unkompliziert und sehr nett. Insgesamt können wir die Villa Gabriella wärmstens empfehlen.

We love the Costa de La Luz area - the beaches, towns, Conil, Verjer de La Frontera, the history of the area - Cadiz, Jerez, Seville, this is traditional Spain and you really get the feel for it here in this fantastic area.

Why they chose this property

The Costa de La Luz offers good weather, beautiful beaches, and traditional Spain, we feel the area and the house offers everything you need for a family holiday. at first we were thinking of buying a small apartment, we were shown the land opposite the golf course with the little finca, (the original house of the land) and eventually built the house and designed the gardens - it was a huge project and a little daunting! Eventually it was built and now we have this great house and area to enjoy, we really hope you enjoy it too!

What makes this property unique

If you are looking for a very Spanish holiday a world away from the other 'Costas' with very little development, clean sandy beaches that run for miles, and beautiful sunsets over the Atlantic sea, traditional Spanish towns with so much history and charm, this area has it all. Villa Gabriella is ideally situated to visit all these places or sit back, relax and enjoy the private villa with its nice surroundings, garden and pool in the warm sunshine with a nice glass of fino!
