La maison est bien equippée et Saint-François reste un de plus beaux endroits de Grande-Terre. La piscine est très belle et nous en avons bien profité

Très bon séjour dans une maison très agréable, bien équipée. Une belle villa au calme... et très bien située! Nous remercions Mickael pour son accueil chaleureux, ses bons plans et l’organisation de 2 magnifiques excursions qui nous ont permis de découvrir la Guadeloupe mais aussi des personnes authentiques qui partagent généreusement l’amour de leur île!

Vacances en famille

Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances en famille. La maison est très bien située, (à distance de marche du centre de St-François et des plages). Elle est décorée avec goût et bien équipée pour cuisiner. Un seul bémol, à deux reprises nous n'avions pas accès au wi-fi (5 jours sur 10) ce qui peu pratique lorsque l'on doit rester en communication avec le travail.

Mobilier peut confortable

L'appréciation générale de notre séjour est mitigé. La propreté était très moyenne, le mobilier des chambres à coucher rudimentaire et peu confortable, les salles d'eau petites et ne possédaient pas de toilette (WC). Le mobilier du coin repos sur la terrasse trop petit et peu confortable. Une toilette pour les deux chambres au rez-de-chaussé et celle-ci très exiguë, lorsqu'on est assis sur la toilette on doit se mettre de côté car le lavabo est trop près. La piscine était conforme à nos attentes et bien apprécié, toutefois il n'y avait que 4 chaises longues. Très peu de décoration et de mobilier pour cette prestation. Toutefois l'emplacement de la Villa est bien situé dans un lotissement sécurisé et paisible. L'installation d'un réservoir d'eau permet un apport d'eau sans interruption. Prestation trop dispendieuse en comparaison à d'autres Villas dans ce secteur plus confortables et mieux meublėes pour le même prix.

Bien mieux qu'à l’hôtel !

Nous avons passé deux semaines magnifiques en mars dans cette belle maison rénovée et bien aménagée. La maison est située dans un quartier sécuritaire et l'accès est possible seulement par ceux qui ont une clé d'accès.Les photos sur le site sont fidèles à la réalité. Tous les services sont accessibles par automobile à moins de 5 minutes. Il y a plusieurs restaurants tout près, un supermarché et le casino. Le service d'accueil est aussi très efficace et sympathique.

Un cadre de rêve pour des vacances réussies

Belle villa dans un cadre agréable au coeur d'une résidence sécurisée ,elle est située dans un jardin bien entretenu sans vis-à-vis et avec une belle piscine. La maison est très bien conçue avec 3 chambres et salles de bain attenantes, elle est bien agencée et bien équipée. La décoration de bon goût viens d'être refaite ,idem pour la terrasse très agréable à vivre. C'est une location que nous conseillons sans problème et nous n'hésiteront pas à y séjourner de nouveau
