Fantastisk lejlighed i gåafstand fra Gardasøen

Dejligt ophold ved Gardsasøen, rummelig lejlighed med fin plads til 5 personer. Lidt snever opkørsel til parkeringsplads, men det gik. Stedet er bedst med bil, da det er lidt langt fra Malcesine at gå. Lidt dyrt, men måske er det prisen i sommerferien for stedet.

Absolut empfehlenswert

Die Wohnung ist groß, sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Alles nötige ist vorhanden, incl. Parkplatz. Der Blick vom Balkon ist unschlagbar. Der Fußweg ins Zentrum etwa 20 Minuten. Der Kontakt mit Rosario sehr freundlich und bei Bedarf wäre er immer hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Gute große Ferienwohnung mit tollem Balkon und Seeblick mit kleinem Mangel

Schöne große Wohnung mit tollem Balkon Richtung See. Netter Vermieter und nur jeweils ca. 25 Minuten bis zum Strand bzw. in die Stadt Malcesine zu laufen. Die Steigung nimmt man für den schönen Ausblick vom Balkons aus in Kauf. Kleiner Haken an der Wohnung ist, dass beim Duschen man ca. 10 Minuten warten muss bis Warmwasser kommt und dass nicht viel Wasser ohne Druck kommt. Auch ein Problem ist, dass man zwar einen Parkplatz fürs Auto hat, hier muss man aber eine Rampe zum Hof hinauffahren und diese ist so schmal, dass man mit dem Autospiegel(eingeklappt) rechts nur ca. 2 cm an einer Hauswand entfernt ist (Fahre einen Seat Kombi). Ich bin kein schlechter Fahrer, aber da stockte mir jedesmal der Atem. Sonst aber alles i.o.

Dank der hervorragenden Klimaanlage hatten wir eine angenehme Raumtemperatur von ca. 26 Grad. Die Außentemperatur lag bei hohen 40 Grad. Alle zuvor beschriebenen Bewertungen finden unsere volle Zustimmung. Wir vergeben gerne 5 Sterne. Vielen Dank an Rosario.
