    Très bon gite propre avec joli jardin

    Très bon accueil de la part de Rolande qui loue un gîte propre et complet avec ses équipements de cuisine avec un accès facile de la route principale. La piscine est un plus qui sera utile lors de fortes chaleurs.

    Ein gepflegte, kleine Wohnung in einem wunderschön angelegten und gepflegten Garten/Park. Wir haben viel Zeit am und im Pool verbracht, die Mahlzeiten an den beiden Freisitzen eingenommen. Rolande ist eine sehr charmante und fürsorgliche Gastgeberin. Sehr zu empfehlen ist eine Kanutour mit "Les canoes de bonheur " und Essen in der Brasserie Salle XIV . Einfach schön!

    Beschauliches, i.S. von ruhigem, französischen Landleben mit viel Natur. Der Pool war beheizt, wunderbar. Achtung Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoss über der Garage, ohne Klimaanlage.

    Perfect week

    We had a perfect week in this accomodation in Joinville. The studio was large, well-quipped, clean and charming. The pool was quite large (~5x12 m2), very clean and heated (~28 degrees), and situated in a beautiful garden with two additional terraces. Rolande and Maurice were super nice and considerate. The surroundings were beautiful. It was a wonderful stay.

    Jederzeit wieder

    Wir haben uns bei Rolande und Maurice sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Garten und der Pool sind ein Traum, die Wohnung sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet.     angenehm entspannte Atmosphäre

    Wir haben mit unserer 3-jährigen Tochter eine Woche Urlaub in dem Feriendomizil verbracht. Rolande und Maurice sind hervorragende Vermieter (französisch sprechend), super nett und hilfsbereit, geben gerne Tipps über die Umgebung. Die Unterkunft war ausgesprochen sauber und gut ausgestattet, für 4 Personen ausgelegt, der große Pool in dem schön angelegten Garten das absolute Highlight. Die Gastgeber sind kinderfreundlich, für unsere Kleine wurde ein extra Tisch und Stuhl, ein flaches Kissen und eine Sitzerhöhung bereit gestellt. Einziger Nachteil im Haus sind 2 Treppen, die für noch kleinere Kinder eventuell gefährlich sein könnten. Mit dazu wurden Fahrräder bereit gestellt, um das beschauliche Städtchen Joinville und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit dort und uns sehr gut erholt, eine absolute Empfehlung! Merci :)

    Super place to stay

    It is a super place to stay. The apartment is as shown on the pictures,very clean and comfortable. Beautiful garden and very nice clean heated swimming pool. The hosts are very nice and discreet people. Joinville is nicely placef to go visiting the towns and areas around. All in all we had a superb 9 days stay and are planning to go back

    Perfect week getaway

    The house was the perfect week getaway for us. The garden is very well designed with several areas to sit and have a drink or dinner, the pool is heated and large enough to host a full family if you wanted, and the studio itself has all the conveniences you could want: a well equipped kitchen, very clean, good and fast WiFi, a tv with DVD player. We appreciated the privacy we had. The hosts were very considerate, it’s just a shame we couldn’t really communicate more or share the appreciation for the place as our french wasn’t sufficient enough. I would really recommend to others.

    Mooie studio op de 1e etage Moderne volledig ingerichte keuken met voldoende bestek, aardewerk, bak- en braadpannen, elektrische kookplaten, magnetron, toaster. Grote koelkast met vriesvak. Kleine maar nette douche, met goede afvoer Uitklapbare bank met een goed 2 persoons matras Moderne draadloze afsluiting van 2 dakramen Zeer fraai zwembad, wat elke dag onderhouden wordt. Grote, afwisselende tuin met gezellige zitjes Gratis fietsen ter beschikking. In de garage ruimte voor eigen fietsen of andere spullen Gratis gebruik van de wasmachine Zeer vriendelijk echtpaar, wat elke vraag snel beantwoordt

    Ontzettend heerlijke vakantie

    We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad op een prachtige locatie. In de studio was alles aanwezig en deze was keurig netjes en schoon. En wat hebben we veel in het prachtig grote zwembad in de tuin gezwommen. De verhuurders zijn zeer gastvrij en erg aardig. Ze spreken alleen geen woord engels, maar willen je overal wel bij helpen. Al met al een vakantie gehad om aan te bevelen.

    Un calme séjour dans une région historique

    Les propriétaires nous a donné un accueil très chaleureux et donné des informations de la région. Rolande et Maurice ont fait sentir leur plaisir avoir des visiteurs à nous. La maison est bien équippée et trés confortable. On peut faire tous les achats dans la ville, on a 300m au centre ville. Il y a beaucoup des possibilités pour faire des randonnées et trouver des places historiques de Moyen Âge. La région nous a donné beaucoup des idées pour des vacances prochains. Merci encore une fois à Rolande et Maurice et bonne chance pour la future!

    beautiful property, lovely hosts

    The apartment is very large and well appointed, set on a beautifully manicured property. Unfortunately the weather was a little too chilly to try out the pool but it is a beautiful setting. The quaint town is in walking distance or a very short drive and offers several restaurant choices, a large grocery store, a few art galleries, and other shops. Finally, despite the language barrier with the hosts, they were very accommodating, and have really set the apartment up to be very comfortable. This location is very convenient to explore the region from.

    Parfaite escale en Champagne-Ardenne

    Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans ce studio à Joinville. L'équipement est vraiment parfait et le studio est installé avec beaucoup de gout. La piscine chauffée et le jardin sont superbes et très très soignés. Les vélos parfaits pour explorer la jolie campagne. Pour conclure, des hotes très sympas et agréables.     Great Late Summer Week

    We stayed a week for a late summer break having driven across from England and despite our limited French language skills we were given a wonderful welcome and tour of both the studio and garden. Studio is a lovely space with a brilliantly kitted out kitchen and large living area as well as plenty of information on the local area. Garden is beautifully kept with seating for al fresco dining and pool was great to spend afternoons in when the sun was out. Joinville is a peaceful and quiet town so great to relax in for a week away from busy work life but also perfectly located to base ourselves out of. We used the studio as a base to explore the region heading out to the Champagne trail, St. Dizier, Chaumont, Lac du Der and Disneyland Paris. All combined a wonderful week and we'd love to return.

    SUPERBE LOCATION

    Chaleureux accueil des propriétaires, plein d'attentions et très dévoués pour leurs locataires. Location d'une propreté exemplaire, avec un agencement aussi bien intérieur qu'extérieur de grande qualité, toutes les commodités possibles, même celles auxquelles ont ne s'attend pas (vélos, machine à laver, lecteur de DVD, etc...). Je conseille vivement cette location qui ne vous apportera que des satisfactions. Dommage que notre séjour n'a duré que de 3. jours, nous y serions bien restés plus longtemps.
