Love Bulgaria and have many friends who also live there all year round. They are lovely people the area around sunny beach is fantastic. All the bad press sunny beach gets is just for news and TV. Its a lovely safe place for family - couples etc and has a great culture of its own with some sunning places to visit- its not just a beach
Why they chose this property
Why because it quiet but yet its in one of the best location in sunny beach. Just a three minute walk to Flower street which is the actual centre of sunny beach. Its got he aqua park opposite- there are many bars and restaurants and shops all just a few minutes walk from your front door. The complex is landscaped open all year for residents with a holiday season of may - October. Its always immaculate and has 5 swimming pools- 2 bars with restaurant serving stunning food. Gym - tennis - Outdoor exercise equipment- sunbeds- Lifeguards- Massage facility around pool high season- Internet - supermarket- hair dressers- car hire- Money exchange- Top floor with open terrace with loungers and dining table and 4 chairs . All day sun from 12.00 to sundown on terrace- Air conditioned in all rooms
