Large volumes provide a warm and friendly living space.

Ideal location for Mont-Saint-Michel, tourism of memory (D-Day 1944), the uniqueness and authenticity of the coast, heritage and local products.

Nestled in the heart of the village and its shops (bakery, bar, restaurant, market on the square, 50m) and 1 KM from the beach.
A small south-facing terrace allows you to relax in peace.
For the little ones, a travel cot, a high chair, a bathtub adaptable to the shower and a potty are available.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist (von Innen) toll restauriert und gut eingerichtet. Super KĂŒche, große, gute BĂ€der. Mitten in einem kleinen Ort unweit des Meers, aber sehr ruhig. Buchung, Empfang und Kontakt zur Betreuerin des Hauses waren optimal. Es war unser erster Urlaub in dieser Region und vieles hat uns hier gut gefallen. - Ein paar Dinge möchten wir aber anmerken: Auch wenn der fehlende Garten (die kleine Terrasse kann man mögen oder nicht ...) kein grundsĂ€tzliches Problem darstellt - dies ist ja bei der Buchung bekannt - sind der Vorplatz und teils das GelĂ€nde drum herum schon ziemlich ungepflegt bzw. strahlen das Flair einer Baustelle aus. Ein wenig mehr Pflege hĂ€tten wir schon schön und einem Ferienhaus ohne Garten angemessen gefunden. Außerdem wĂ€re eine Verdunklungsmöglichkeit (FensterlĂ€den schließen lĂŒftet den Raum kaum ausreichend) des nach hinten gehenden Schlafzimmers wĂŒnschenswert. Das andere Schlafzimmer leidet unter dem ĂŒblichen Problem kleiner Daxhzimmer, es gibt nur eine sehr kleine Luke im Dach, die man nachts entweder öffnen (Regengefahr!) oder schließen (keine Luft im kleinen Zimmer!) kann. Wirklich traurig ist, dass es den in der Buchungsbeschreibung angekĂŒndigten BĂ€cker im Ortskern nicht gibt. Statt dessen eine außerhalb des Ortes in einem Gewerbegebiet liegende Boulangerie (bitte Beschreibung korrigieren!). Wirklich eine Schande (!), dass so etwas, wie leider oft in Frankreich, lokalpolitisch nicht besser klappt!!

nettes Haus

Renoviertes und modern eingerichtetes Steinhaus im Ortskern von Blainville mit kleiner SĂŒdterrasse. Wer keinen großen Wert auf Garten und Außenanlagen legt, wird sich hier wohlfĂŒhlen. Abwicklung bei Anreise und Abreise völlig unproblematisch. Gerne wieder.

TrĂšs jolie maison de centre ville

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour de 15 jours, la maison est magnifiquement rĂ©novĂ©e, spacieuse, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et joliment dĂ©corĂ©e. La petite terrasse, superbement fleurie, au calme est trĂšs agrĂ©able. Sylvie a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs accueillante et disponible Ă  l’arrivĂ©e comme au dĂ©part. Deux petites pistes d’amĂ©lioration toutefois : le lit de la chambre parentale est vraiment trĂšs ferme et un rideau cĂŽtĂ© cuisine/salle Ă  manger serait bienvenu car les propriĂ©taires passent quasiment systĂ©matiquement dans l’allĂ©e au moment des repas et cela permettrait un peu plus d’intimitĂ© (notamment au petit dĂ©jeuner). A noter pour les parents de jeunes enfants que le jardin clĂŽturĂ© n’est pas directement attenant Ă  la maison, il faut traverser l’allĂ©e et donc accompagner les enfants, et que ce jardin n’est pas privatif Ă  la maison mais partagĂ© avec les propriĂ©taires (qui sont vraiment charmants).

Wunderbares Haus in der Normandie

Das Haus ist toll. Die Vermieterin Sylvie ist sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet. Vor allem die KĂŒche. Um schnell an schöne StrĂ€nde zu kommen, bedarf es eines Autos oder aber man sollte die RĂ€der dabei haben. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Altes Haus geschmackvoll renoviert

Das alte Haus im Zentrum von Blainville-Sur-Mer ist geschmackvoll renoviert. Ausser einem Haarfön war alles verfĂŒgbar, was man so braucht. Leider war die Unterkunft nur mĂ€ssig sauber, was unseren Aufenthalt jedoch nicht beeintrĂ€chtigte. Wunderbar ist der Gartensitzplatz.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Sehr geschmackvoll restauriertes und eingerichtetes Haus in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt haben. Strand und Supermarkt sind gut mit dem Rad , zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Ferienhaus ist absolut zu empfehlen.

Erholsamer Urlaub in nettem Dorf

Geschmackvoll renoviertes altes Haus mitten im Dorf mit hochwertiger Ausstattung. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort durch Sylvie war sehr gut. Bar und BĂ€ckerei in 1-2 Minuten erreichbar, auch mehrere Restaurants und Strandbars zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir haben die drei Wochen wirklich genossen und wĂŒrden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wunderschönes, innen modern renoviertes Haus in einem kleinen Ort. Alles Notwendige vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert. Auch vor Ort hat alles wunderbar geklappt. BÀcker, Bar und Supermarkt in Laufweite. StrÀnde und Nachbarorte sind sehr gut mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Guter Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Normandie/Bretagne

Veille maison de pierres trĂšs agrĂ©ablement restaurĂ©e, Ă©quipĂ©e et meublĂ©e. On s'y sent tout de suite bien. PoĂȘle Ă  bois et bois dispo pour les soirĂ©es d'hiver, mĂȘme si la maison est trĂšs bien chauffĂ©e. 2 douches, 2 toilettes. Hervorragend mit besonderem Ambiente

Ein wunderbares altes Steinhaus, mitten im Dorf, mit sehr viel Geschmack modern renoviert - ein Haus zum WohlfĂŒhlen, auch bei schlechterem Wetter. FĂŒr jemanden, der gerne kocht, eine vorzĂŒglich eingerichtete KĂŒche. Überhaupt fehlte es in diesem Haus mit besonderem Ambiente an nichts. Französisch charmant wurden wir von Sylvie betreut. Dieses Feriendomizil ist fĂŒr jede Jahreszeit perfekt und nur zu empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in der Normandie

In den Sommerferien waren wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) in dieser tollen Wohnung in Blainville-sur-Mer. Es ist eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung/Ferienhaus in einem alten normannischen Steinhaus. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und es ist alles vorhanden (Waschmaschine, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster, sogar HandtuchwĂ€rmer). Besonders schön ist die von einer Mauer umgebene Veranda, auf der man bis spĂ€tabends Sonne hat und schön Abendessen kann. In der NĂ€he sind viele tolle StrĂ€nde (Gouville, Coutainville) und man kann viele SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten sehen: Coutances mit Kathedrale, D-Day-StrĂ€nde, Besonders klasse ist das Airborne Museum in L'Eglise Sur Mer, eindrucksvoll. Ein Auto sollte man aber zur VerfĂŒgung haben. Insgesamt ist das Ferienhaus/-wohnung absolut empfehlenswert.

A very peaceful village but very very quiet. Local bar/tabac and bakery nearby but not always open. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. Car access to property not possible for much of our stay due to ongoing roadworks but we were able to make use of a local car park 3-4 mins walk away. Good centre for touring Normandy’s west coast.

Sehr schönes Haus. Es war sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage ist zentral in dem kleinen Ort Blainville sur Mer. Supermarkt und BÀcker ganz in der NÀhe. Zum Meer sind es ca 1500 m. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder..
