About this property

The Génépi house in the hamlet of Bourg d'Arud the village of Venosc, has two levels:
- Ground floor: kitchen opening onto the dining room, bathroom (shower, washbasin, washing machine), 1 toilet.
- Floor: bathroom (bath, washbasin, toilet), bedroom with 1 double bed, a bedroom with 1 double and 1 bunk bed, under the roof with a sofa and TV and 2 single beds in the background.

The cable car station which goes to the 2 Alpes is 350 meters and arrives on the station 300 meters from the slopes and 150 m from La Place, where are the amenities of the resort and the Venosc-Sports store.

The municipal swimming pool and tennis courts are 30 meters and rafting / kayak 100 meters.

Venosc village is a typical mountain village, with shops and craftsmen.

Tolle ruhige Lage

Kleines ruhiges Chalet, in laufnähe die Gondel nach les deux Alpes . Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub . Der Wasserfall in der Nähe lohnt einen Spaziergang ! Sehr unkomplizierte nette Kommunikation vorab und bei der Ankunft / Abfahrt . Wir würden wiederkommen !

Rustige, ruime chalet

Mooie, rustige en ruime chalet. Wij waren met 4 volwassenen en 1 kind. Dus zeer veel ruimte. Dicht bij de skilift (300m) . Omgeving goed om te wandelen, maar vooral de tuin, die omheind, dus goed voor mijn hondjes. Kortom : een echte aanrader om met je gezin daar je skiverlof door te brengen.

Vacances à Bourg d’Arud

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances dans ce chalet bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié la proximité avec la piscine municipale et les terrains de tennis ( moins de 100m) pour la détente le soir après les randonnées en montagne. Il faut juste anticiper l’achat du pain ( camping ou à l’épicerie de Venosc) pour ne pas être pris au dépourvu. Bel emplacement pour de belles balades en montagne.

Nous avons passés un bon moment dans le chalet cependant la literie dans la chambre avec le lit double est à changer.. L’emplacement est idéal pour aller aux deux alpes très confortables pour 8 personnes

Weekend au ski

Bonne expérience, bon rapport qualité prix, idéal entre amis. Un bon grand ménage ferait du bien à la maison mais sinon c'est très bien et assez proche du télécabine
