Extremely well situated in old Mantua.

Everything went perfectly well as planned. Please inform next tourists that the Vicolo Chodare is very, very narrow with a big car ! Don't drive to the end, there is no exit ! Armando Bertoni.

Charming apartment right in Mantova

Appartement is much nicer than the Vrbo pictures. It’s renovated and was functional for us a family of 5. We had no problem with sleeping and cooking while there. The property manager was helpful and always available via WhatsApp. For travellers with cars, beware that there are no parking at the apartment. Public parking is located about 10-15 min from the appartement and cost 12 e per day. My two recommendations would be that the air conditioning units are very old. It took about two hours for them to cool the unit down to be comfortable. It would have been appreciated if they had been turned on prior to our arrival time to start cooling. My second recommendation is to have better wifi internet. The property manager told us that it was limited to emails and light browsing. With a family of 5 (with 3 teenagers), wifi is important and needed for us to plan our travel and communicate. It turned off unexpectedly the days before we left. Besides those two points, I would recommend this apartment.

Wohnliche Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist so gut ausgestattet, dass man sich wie zu Hause fühlt. Es ist dort durch die Lage zur Nordseite hinreichend kühl, so dass man die Klimaanlage gar nicht benötigt. Ein- und Auschecken haben super geklappt, Einzig die Parkplatzsuche ist sehr schwierig. Kostenlose Parkplätze bekommt man so gut wie nie, und auch ein Bezahlparkplatz ist in der Nähe im Gewirr der Einbahnstrassen nicht so einfach zu finden. Wir würden sicher wieder dort buchen, falls es uns noch einmal nach Mantua verschlägt.

ottima location, una casa davvero accogliente

non posso che dirne bene, perfetta l'assistenza dalla prenotazione all'uscita, la location è davvero prossima al centro storico, curata nei dettagli.....l'unico neo, per noi, è stato il mancato funzionamento del televisore....ma la proprietà si è fatta davvero perdonare! non posso che suggerire questa sistemazione per chi volesse soggiornare a mantova!!!!

emplacement idéal

la location est une maison mitoyenne très bien située à quelques minutes à pied du centre historique. La terrasse donne sur une cour intérieure et une place de parking (malheureusement pas pour la location ... parking à proximité comptez 10 euros par jour) et le rez de chaussée est assez sombre. Enormément de décorations et de bibelots fragiles. Une commode dans la chambre des enfants et une penderie dans celle des parents (armoire parfumée mais seulement 6 cintres pour tout le monde). Peu d'équipement pour préparer les repas, pas de couteau de cuisine, d'éplucheur pour légumes, d'essoreuse à salade, de couteau à pain...Le four est un "petit mini four électrique". Il n'y a pas d'étendage adapté pour la capacité de la machine à laver. Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de rencontrer le propriétaire à l'arrivée ou au départ tout s'est fait par téléphone, mais il est passé en notre absence pour régler un problème que nous avions rencontré lors de notre séjour.

Great location close to the centre

We enjoyed our 4 nights at this location, despite the heatwave at the time. The air conditioning worked well, but we managed to not use it a lot. The home is on a quiet street, a nice 10 minute walk from the town centre. The house is close to the train station (but far enough away we near heard the trains) and the cycle paths that ring the city. The kitchen is well equiped, our family of 6 did all our own cooking. It was a five minute walk to grocery stores. We'd love to come back with cooler temperatues to do all the things we missed in Mantova!

Appartamento pulito, accogliente e confortevole, in zona molto tranquilla ma comoda per raggiungere a piedi il vicino centro storico, ideale per famiglie o coppie. Proprietaria molto cordiale e disponibile.

Innenhofwohnung am Bahnhof

Viele Kleinigkeiten die den Gesamtpreis meines Erachtens nicht rechtfertigen . Zudem eine sehr dunkle Wohnung im Innenhof. Das Tageslicht ist unzureichend. Im Sommer kann das bestimmt anders sein.

Great location

We stayed here for a week. Very good location - easy walking distance to all the obvious sights. Comfortable beds, plenty of space. The photos do not show that the house is actually located in an enclosed courtyard directly next to the entrance to the underground garage. The wifi was very inconsistent for us - luckily we also had a phone with data that we could use.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus, sehr gemütlich und komfortabel

Das Haus ist von der Vermieterin sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es war sehr sauber. Die Küche ist mehr als gut ausgestattet. Es ist wirklich alles da gewesen. Zusätzlich will ich noch erwähnen, dass sogar eine Waschmachine vorhanden war. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank nochmal!

Molto curata l'abitazione proprietario gentilissimo

Siamo stati a Mantova durante il Week end di Pasqua con 4 bambini. Siamo stati accolti con molta gentilezza e disponibilità da parte del proprietario. L'abitazione è grande e spaziosa, molto curata e fornita di ogni comodità.

Soggiorno fantastico a Mantova..

La casa è bella accogliente e con tutto il necessario per passare una bellissima vacanza. Si trova in un posto tranquillo e silenzioso a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal centro e da tutte le comodità e i musei di questa bellissima città. La signora Orsola è gentilissima disponibile e ci ha fatto trovare subito a nostro agio. Ci ha spiegato dove trovare vari supermercati e ristoranti e cosa visitare anche fuori Mantova... vorrei ancora fare un ringraziamento a Orsola e se ritorneremo a Mantova cercheremo di alloggiare sicuramente da lei.. Grazie Stefano..
