Magnifique appartement de très haut standing, très bien équipé, très propre, dans un environnement super calme mais pas trop éloigné de la côte. Une voiture est cependant indispensable pour découvrir les environs.

El apartamento está muy bien.

Nos ha gustado mucho el apartamento, calidades de lujo. Playa a 10/15 min pero merece la pena por la tranquilidad del lugar. La única pega que la gente no respete las normas de convivencia de la piscina, en especial una familia de extranjeros con cinco o seis hinchables, bebida, comida, alterando el orden...es una pena. Tampoco entiendo por qué se cobra la electricidad a parte, siempre q no se haga un uso exagerado, en nuestro caso cobrar 47 euros por 13 días m parece innecesario. Como posible mejora recomendamos reemplazar las sábanas ,, están un poco desgastadas en desacorde con el apartamento y el no poder visualizar canales españoles en la TV, comentamos con la encargada, pero no nos supo resolver el problema. Aún así, hemos disfrutado de unas estupendas vacaciones, espectacular la terraza. Posiblemente repitamos. o.La playa a 10 /15 minutosPlaya a 10/14 min

Bonjour. J'ai questionne ma representante sur place au sujet des draps. Ce sot des draps ZaraHome qui semblent etre en excellent etat mais je vais verifier des que je serai sur place. Pour le bruit, notre piscine est ouverte a tous les occupants de la copropriete et le reglement est affiche clairement et de maniere visible. Je ne vois pas d'autres solutions que le rappel au respect par les utilisateurs sur place. Pour la facturation de l'electricite, je pense que ma solution du compteur separe permet d'eviter les malentendus et les consommations excessives dues a la climatisation. Cela permet aussi d'appliquer le prix de séjour le plus juste. Etant donne que vos remarques pourraient me porter prejudice , je vous remercie de les supprimer sur le site. Cordialement.

Nice apartment in a beauty area

I was enjoying this beautiful apartment for two weeks. You have very close to beautiful places to visit such as the beach, the salt pans of San Pedro, Zenia boulevard, Lo Pagan and others. The apartment is very beautiful and modern with all the comforts

Nous avons passés de très belles vacances dans un appartement décoré avec goût. Bonne organisation pour la remise des clés et l'accueil digne d'un hôtel cinq étoiles, un grand soin est accordé aux hôtes de passage. Ambiance paisible et calme dans un cadre voluptueux. Très beau golf sur place.

Perfect

Perfect location, perfect appartement with luxurious features! The view from the terrasse is outstanding. The owner has installed a plancha on the terrasse, which is perfect for the spanish food cooking. The swimming pool is just below the appartement, which is very convenient for the children. PS: I don't understand the previous comments about the noise. The place was quiet and simply lovely!

Apartment very nice but ruined due to building site next door. The noise and vibration were awful. I have two video's of rocks being broken by a JCB for wall facing stone, illustrating some of the noice we suffered 8 hours a day. Your web site should have warned of the noise (we wanted a quiet holiday) and we feel we were mis-sold accommodation.

I fully apologize for the inconvenient you had during your stay in july. This was not planned and i clearly understand the disconfort you have faced. I would have been better if you have alerted me during your stay so that i could have tried to stop the workers for a couple of days. The following holidaymakers were delighted with their stay.
