Le Capriate- a "special" residence facing the sea - 18 beds and outside court
It is a late 19th century large store of 310 square meters with a wooden rafter roof, where, leaving a central space free, we have built two floors on both sides. There are three living rooms, a kitchen and a barbecue with sink outside, 6 bedrooms, one of which is 7 meters x 4 with 5 beds, two double and three triple bedrooms, four bathrooms with shower. and an additional shower at the entrance, an outdoor courtyard of 70 meters. Internet wi-fi throughout the house.
It is a special house where you can have an unforgettable holiday with family or friends. Each room is independent and there is plenty of free space inside, but also an outdoor courtyard where you can relax or have dinner together. You have to cross the street and there is a promenade in front of the sea, the beach and the small port. On the promenade there is also a small corner with games for children. Nearby there are good restaurants and cafes. A first beach is 100 meters away, another, very large, 5 minutes on foot. A few kilometers away there are many other beaches. Just in front there is a center where you can do scuba diving. From Marzamemi, which is also one of the most famous tourist resorts in Eastern Sicily, you can make very interesting excursions to visit the beautiful towns of Noto, Ragusa, Scicli. The marvelous Vendicari Nature Reserve is 7 kilometers away. The city of Siracusa is 45 minutes away by car and you can therefore also go and see the classical performances at the Greek theatre. This year 2022, they will be from May 17th to July 9th and there will be "Agamennone" by Aeschile, "Edipe king" by Sofocle, "Ifigénie en Tauride" by Euripides and "Orestea" by Aeschile.
From May 14th to 15th in Noto the famous "Infiorata" takes place, which you absolutely have to see!
The owner of the house is an official guide of Palermo where she also owns two apartments for rent (see offers 6020013 and 6142604).

It is a very special and pleasant house, where, even living together, everyone can be independent and have his own space.
I especially like to watch the dawn from the window or to go out early in the morning and walk along the sea in front, looking at the small island and at the sleeping village ..
I'm sure that my guests will love the characteristic landscape and especially the kitchen, the local wine (the famous Nero d'Avola!), Pachino small tomatoes and mullet or tuna eggs!
For lovers of diving, in front there is' a dive center! It 'a great place for all activities' marine but also for excursions.
You can make a lot of excursions in the surroundings, even if you do not want to drive as far as Etna mountain ( less than two hours drive )! 15 minutes drive you can reach the Famous Natural Reserve of Vendicari for birdwatching , then ,another 5 minutes drive, you can enjoy the view of the well preserved roman mosaics of the “Villa del Tellaro”. The enchanting baroc towns of Noto, Ragusa Ibla, Scicli, Modica, are all very near...

Less than 15 minutes by car from our house, you can enjoy unforgettable walks in the famous °Vendicari Nature Reserve" and, just nearby, you can visit the mosaics of the Roman villa Tellaro. Then you can drive 10 minute more and reach the charming baroque city of Noto, then the enchanting Ragusa, Scicli, all the places of the unforgettable TV serials "Montalbano"
