Logement donné possible pour 6 personnes. Nous étions 5 et cela était très très juste. Pas plus de 3 est bien.
Bonne localisation. Environnement agréable et très belle vue.
État de certains matériels (volets, cuisine: plaque électrique, lit dans la salle à manger/ salon . Etc .... ) désuet, demanderait une sérieuse révision voire un changement . Manque de rangement en général et surtout dans la salle de bain si plus de 2 personnes
Pas de wifi. Cela doit être signalé dans le descriptif. D’autant plus qu’il y a des difficultés avec la 4G rendant le partage ce connexion difficile
Appartement situé dans un immeuble mal isolé phonétiquement. Bruit dans appartement du dessus gênant le soir et la nuit.
Malgré tout cela bon séjour quand même

Merci pour votre appréciation, l'appartement est effectivement équipé de 6 couchages mais dans une surface réduite de 34 M2, je vais vérifier que cela est bien précisé dans l'annonce afin de ne pas induire en erreur les futurs vacanciers.
Il n'est pas indiqué dans l'annonce que l'appartement est équipé en internet et effectivement sur Quiberon la connexion 4 G est assez faible. Je suis désolée si les voisins du dessus ont fait du bruit car la résidence, bien qu'assez grande est généralement très calme.

accueil très amical par la propriétaire,logement très propre , très bien équipé . crêperie à proximité à prix normaux ,petite épicerie dans un immeuble à côté qui propose des pizzas très bonnes le soir.pas de bruit au cours de notre séjour .

"Logement est très bien situé et donne accès (à pied!)à toutes les parties de Quiberon. L''appartement est propre, sain et calme. Mais pour passer les vacances agréables il ne faut pas y être plus que trois personnes. Petite commerce, pas cher, en bas de la résidence, fait un plus."

"résidence très agréable, calme. facilité d'accès et de parking. Appartement bien exposé, balcon très appréciable, déco et mobilier de gout. Proximité, à pied, du centre ville et des plages. Equipement electroménager largement suffisant, manque peut etre simplement un poste radio ou une petite chaine pour ceux qui veulent un peu de musique. Réalité de l'appartement, vue... encore mieux que sur l'annonce. jolie vue sur belle ile d'une des chambre."
