"FISHERMAN'S HOUSE" ideal for 5/6 people maximum entirely renovated, offering all the comfort desired in a neat decoration. Located in the heart of the village of Wissant 50m from the center and 200m from the beach. Exceptional location you do everything on foot from the house.
Ground floor: sitting area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.), open dining room, bathroom (wc + shower), garage for storing all your bikes, kite surfing or windsurfing boards.
1st floor: Landing with desk and 3 bedrooms (one with 1 double bed, one with 2 single beds, and one with 2 bunk beds). A 2nd bathroom with bath upstairs with WC and washer-dryer.
Within 100m: several restaurants, mini-market, bakery, butcher, fresh fish from the fisherman, doctors and pharmacy. Vacances en famille dans une maison à l'annonce trompeuse.

"Refaite à neuf" en titre, cela mériterai de préciser l'année. Accueil chaleureux et sympathique de la personne qui fait le "ménage". Etat des lieux inexistant, vaisselle trés sale, ainsi que le four. Les aléses de lit mériteraient un bon lavage! La salle de bain du bas est trés très humide, la VMC est bouchée de tellement de saletées....il y est impossible de prendre 1 douche la porte fermée. Aucun rideau correct dans les chambres qui permettrait d'occulter un minimum la lumière. Aucun contact avec les propriétaires si ce n'est un mail "copié-collé" Les 50e de ménage payés en liquide sont bien surestimé au vu de l'état de propreté de la maison.

Historisches Häuschen zum Wohlfühlen für drei Generationen

Das Haus liegt sehr zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig im Dorf, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Markt. Zum Strand geht man wenige Minuten, Restaurants und der Lebensmittelladen befinden sich ebenfalls in der Nähe. Das Haus hat eine gute Aufteilung für einen Familienurlaub (Eltern, kleine Kinder und Großeltern) und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden gern noch einmal wiederkommen.

Maison proche de tout.

La maison est conforme à l’annonce. L’accueil par Céline est parfaite!Elle n’hésite pas à se déplacer si vous avez un problème.Elle a pris du temps pour venir voir le soucis de télévision que nous avons eu. La propriétaire devrait vraiment changer cet appareil ainsi que la prise peritel car le mauvais contact fait que vous devez sans arrêt ,aller bouger la prise!
