Amazing place, great host

The property and location are outstanding. Plenty of local places to eat, the harvour and beach are just lovely, as is the local town of Cabourg. Communication with owner prior to our visit was excellent. Could not fault our stay, a great visit.

Perfect!

Wonderful area to visit. Extremely relaxing and cultured with friendly people. Lovely apartment in great location overlooking the harbour with a nice 20’ level walk along the prom to Cabourg. Came last year and will definitely come again. Recommended.

Excellent apartment with one problem area

We arrived at the apartment later than planned due a delay in the departure of our channel tunnel crossing. We had difficulty communicating with the local agent as they don't speak English. We eventually gained access to the apartment at 8 pm. The apartment is excellent with one exception: Despite being able to accommodate 6 people it has only one rather small dingy toilet with a badly stained. toilet bowl. The door handle of the toilet is loose and in danger of falling off. Also, the excellent terrace is in need of a good clean. Shortly after arriving we discovered there was no toilet paper ! The following day when we attempted to do some washing up we discovered there was no washing up liquid or tea towels which we've never experienced in many years of renting holiday apartments. Finally, the description of the property on the VRBO site is confusing in it's description of the number bedrooms, bathrooms and toilets. This should be corrected.

location très agréable vue directe sur le port de plaisance appartement bien équipé dans l'ensemble très bonne literie belle terrasse juste un point faible au niveau de l'entretien des douches pour le reste rien à redire si possible nous relouerons cette location lors de prochaines vacances

Absolut empfehlenswert

Sehr schönes, geräumiges Apartment in Laufweite zum Meer und zum Ortskern. Parkmöglichkeiten gut. Sehr ruhig gelegen (Yachthafen). Beste Kommunikation mit Agentur und Vermieter, sind beide sehr bemüht und freundlich. Wir kommen wieder!

Bon séjour. Appartement bien localisé

Appartement comfortable et bien situé. La déco est sympa, literie de bonne qualité. Un peu déçus oar l'état de propreté pour un bien annoncéde standing.. Nous avons eu le sentiment que le ménage avait été fait très superficiellement notamment salle d'eau du bas, canapé rempli de miettes et autres...et mobilier terrasse ...dommage, surtout avec des enfants en bas âge qui crapahutent.

Schön, aber nicht sehr viel Privatsphäre

Sauber, bis auf die Umgebung der Toilette. Zwei der drei Schlafzimmer waren zudem absolut geräuschdurchlässig, indem das eine eine türgroße Öffnung in Richtung Wohnzimmer nur mit einer Gardine davor, und das andere statt einer richtigen Tür nur zwei hölzerne und nicht geräuschabdichtende Schiebetüren besaß. Das Fernsehen beschränkte sich auf französische Sender. Das sind eigentlich die einzigen, wenn auch recht störenden Kritikpunkte. Ansonsten gut, schöne Aussicht auf den Hafen und Nähe zum Meer (zehn Minuten hübscher Fußweg).

Un Noël en famille

Appartement très agréable pour y vivre à cinq. Joliment meublé et décoré avec goût. Les alentours sont à visiter avec une mention spéciale pour le village de Guillaume le Conquérant Nous espérons pouvoir y revenir

situation sur le port magnifique

Cet appartement n’est pas fait pour des personnes âgées Difficultés pour accéder à l’etage . Monter une valise etc Les WC sont en bas quid pour les chambres du haut .. À part cela bonne situation et très belle vue .

Très bel appartement

Nous étions 6 adultes et une petite de 2 ans, appartement très bien équipé et très belle vu sur le port. Nous avons en plus un temps très agréable ce qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable. Merci à l'Agence qui nous a accueillie très flexible sur les horaires.
