Welcome to Ocean Village Club L25, a bright and inviting two-bedroom, two-bathroom vacation condo located in a desirable oceanfront complex in St. Augustine Beach. This second-floor unit offers private beach access, access to resort-style amenities, and all the comforts of home—perfect for families or small groups seeking a relaxing coastal escape.

The living area is filled with natural light and features comfortable seating, a TV with DVD player, and sliding glass doors leading to a private balcony overlooking the beautifully landscaped community grounds. Just off the living room is a cozy dining area with a glass-top table ideal for shared meals or game nights. Truly Enjoyed Our Stay

Everything was well organized with check-in (we didn't get there until midnight). The condo was a short drive to historic downtown and had places to eat around the complex. We would definitely book again if we return. Loved the gated access to the beach and the community.

The kitchen has very old and dated supplies/utensils. Dishes were fine. The condo smells really bad. We had to go buy room freshener is was so bad. Carpet is old and stained/dirty. Several electrical outlets are unsafe. Loose and falling off. Downstairs has a dog that barks excessively. I would not stay in this unit again.

Family friendly and convenient

Easy family vacation with convenient access to beach, heated pool, restaurants and grocery. Condo was clean, well-equipped and had supplies for beach fun, too. No direct beach view from the condo, but we did t spend much time there anyway b/c the fun was so close by.

Ocean Village Club St. Augustine vacation

This was our second time staying at the condo resort. We love our time there! The condos are nice, people are friendly, the pool is the best with how warm it is, and it’s right by the beach!!! This is the second time we’ve stayed on this property. We are accustomed to staying ocean view/front, but decided to come down last minute. The condo itself was clean. The property was well maintained. The resort we typically stay at when we come down has an indoor pool and hot tubs. The weather was beautiful, so the indoor pool wasn’t missed, but the hot tubs were. My husband loved the covered area by the main pool, since he doesn’t like to be in the sun for long periods.

Clean and Nice Condo

This property is just the pictures. 90’s beach furnitures with carpet in the entire apartment. Classified as bronze star. The place is clean top to bottom. Very clean place. The condo has two pools, access to the beach, gym and grill area. Bring your key to have access to the beach. Also, there is a Walgreens and Winn-Dixie close by. It took me a few minutes to check in because the number I entered did not work. But they were very fast to solve the problem. Make sure to press * and not # after entering the code to the property. We had a great time.

A Long Distance from the Beach

While I did enjoy the condo itself, it is clean and bright, upgrades are needed. The television in the bedroom did not work. It is old and time to replace. The pillows on the bed are so flat, they are almost non-existent. Time for new bedding and pillows. The hall bathroom toilet flap needs replacing. My guests were 67 and 70 years young. The trek to the beach from this condo was too much.

Great community many things wrong

We received a ton of paperwork yet everything in it was inaccurate. The gate code didn’t connect to the place. Not sure if it was because there was no phone to connect to. The internet name and password were inaccurate. The place smelled like smoke. The kitchen was not fully equip and had Teflon pans with only medal spatulas. The place seemed tidy but was not clean. If you walked around barefoot or in socks they were filthy. Tried to call management company day one with no response all week. Accidentally left a baby stuffed toy which everyone else said management should be able to mail to you but no luck. They didn’t find it which makes me think they didn’t look or didn’t clean because it was there. Plan to buy in the area but will not use this management company. Loved the community. Very nice people.

Snowbird Migration

Having recently retired, my wife and I enjoyed staying at this resort. Accommodations were great. Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the pool, shuffleboard, and access to the beach. Nighttime was quiet and we slept well. Everyone in the complex was very friendly.

Relaxing vacation!

Wonderful condo located close to beach and St Augustine. Plenty to do or just relax at the beach. The condo had everything we needed. We strolled to the beach, just a five minutes walk, through the complex in the morning and explored St Augustine later in the afternoon. Perfect location and we would rent again!

Very clean

We were very pleased at how clean the condo was. Everything we needed to get started was supplied. The walk to the beach is quite long to traverse with children and carry chairs and etc. Bring a cart. The balcony is quiet but no view. Overall we had a very good experience.

Good Stay - In need of a couple of details

Ocean Village Club complex is great - clean, 2 pools, direct beach access. Lots of restaurants close by. Condo was nice and clean, but needs new beds - creaky and soft (all rooms- my daughter said she was awakened when she moved). Also, bring bath soap, TP (1 per BR was supplied), a sponge (none), and trash bags (only one in the small kitchen trashcan).
