Beautiful views and just a few steps to the beach. We loved it.This unit is on the 2nd and 3rd floor so if alot of stairs is an issue, the ground floor might be a better option for you.these photos are from the 2nd floor. Views from the 3rd floor are even better.

Location was Great

Property was clean and relatively updated. We did log a ticket due to the refrigerator being so loud. Outside that and hauling stuff up the steep stairwell we had a great time and was able to walk to most everything we needed.

Great trip!

Everything was great! If I had to comment on one thing it would be that there is no lock on the sliding glass door downstairs to the back deck. Besides that everything clean and no issues. If we go back to the area, we will stay here again!

Stairs were very difficult for us. Did not seem like a premium property. Not well stocked or furnished. View was wonderful. Beach was very nice. Parking was very difficult. Would never stay there again.

Nice condo and location

Right on the beach, loved hearing and seeing the waves crashing. Didn’t realize when I booked that it had stairs, my 80 year old mother has trouble with them. Overall a lovely condo, some problems with the dishwasher, but otherwise a very lovely condo.

Beach view was Amazing

It was beautiful to see the beach from the living room and balconies. It was conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. A few things I would consider changing are: 1. Provide a few more towels … one each was not enough 2. Replace the pots and pans, they were old and need thrown out 3. The dishes were dirty and most had to be washed prior to using Overall, we would stay here again.

The beach was being widened. The construction area was our oceanfront view. The construction went on all through the night, every night. Bulldozers were beeping all night long. We couldn’t sleep with all of the noise. We couldn’t enjoy sitting on the deck at all. We were very disappointed with our experience.

Great location

The location of this condo cannot be beat! The views of the ocean are spectacular, and access to the beach is right there. The size, layout, and furnishings of the condo are quite comfortable. We sat on the balcony both morning and evening. Beach chairs are provided. Be prepared to stock everything in the kitchen including salt/pepper, coffee filters, cooking oil. There are no streaming services available. Make sure the owners have upgraded the shower head/water pressure in the guest bath, which was only a trickle in Feb. 2023.

Disappointing Discovery

Glorious location. Property smelled. Everywhere. Was not clean. Sliding glass doors were in bad shape. Numerous broken down things in the unit. Chair on deck (which, hey, you’re there for the view!) was wobbly and when I phoned was told we could carry the wrought iron chair downstairs from the upstairs deck ourselves. My 72 year old heart patient husband. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Perfect view. Few issues. 1. No wand on blinds or n living room 2. Shocked twice on outlet trying to plug coed charger in (outlet close to living room sliding glass doors) 3. Broken bottom on plastic wine glass 4. Missing fan blade on master bedroom fan 6. One socket in small bedroom behind dresser doesn’t work. 7. Temp hard to regulate. Otherwise the location and view were perfect. Very enjoyable

Place lives up to expectations from pictures and explanation. Loved how close it was to the public access.Fridge was a little loud and property manager states they were aware of the problem and it have been fix previously. The responsive of the management company was amazing when it came to a couple of items. Would stay there again.

Great location, overall decent condo but does need updates

The location was amazing: easy parking and directly on the beach. We couldn't ask for a better location in a better area. The only reason I did not give it 5 starts is that, as other reviews have shared, there are a few items that need attention. The main area is the kitchen. I recommend purchasing a full utensils set, cookie sheet, mixing bowls, and a few more pots and pans. That may sound like a lot, but it was seriously bare bones. In addition, the stove top burner coils were all out of balance so we had to play MacGyver to get the pan to even stay level enough for making scrambled eggs. Please consider replacing the coils. The master bed is extremely worn out and my hubby and I both had to work to not be rolled in one direction or the other. Long story short, this is a solid 4 rental. For a slightly lesser price and with attention to the suggestions, it would be a solid 5.
