Maison agréable

Logement situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme, la famille qui occupe le logement du dessus est assez calme, mais vu l ancienneté de la maison, les moindres bruits sont perceptibles (fenêtres simple vitrage, isolation très ancienne), la maison aurait besoin de gros rafraîchissement (éclairage, interrupteurs, peinture...)Mais pour y dormir c est très bien. Tout est à disposition pour y manger, stocker et faire à manger. Lits anciens et confortable, attention cependant au lit jumeau qui n est pas fait pour supporter des enfants de plus de 10 ans.

Altbau mit Charme und schlechtem Equipment, Sauberkeit mangelhaft

Die Einrichtung ist alt und stinkt, vor allem in der Küche, die Küchenutensilien sind zum größten Teil unbenutzbar. Die Bausubstanz ist alt, aber gut. Kopfkissen waren vorhanden, aber so fleckig und riechend, dass eine Benutzung nicht zumutbar war. Der Garten ist hundesicher, jedoch vollkommen verdorrt und ungepflegt. Die Waschmaschine war nach Intensivreinigung ok. Die Dusche funktioniert, die Wandfliesen mussten erst grundgereinigt werden. Sauberkeit ist das Thema Nummer 1 in der Unterkunft. Die Lage an sich ist gut und es ist ruhig. Der niedrige Preis rechtfertigt jedoch nicht die starken Mängel, im Bereich Sauberkeit. Sehr freundliche Nachbarin im ersten Stock, die den Kindern erlaubt hat ihren Pool zu benutzen, das war prima. Mit wenig Geld und Engagement könnte man daraus eine super Unterkunft machen. So können wir leider jedoch keine Empfehlung aussprechen. Le décor est vieux et malodorant, surtout dans la cuisine, les ustensiles de cuisine sont pour la plupart inutilisables. La structure du bâtiment est vieille mais bonne. Les oreillers étaient disponibles, mais tellement tachés et sentant qu'il était déraisonnable à utiliser. Le jardin est sans danger pour les chiens, mais complètement desséché et négligé. La machine à laver était correcte après un nettoyage intensif. La douche fonctionne, les carreaux de mur devaient d'abord être nettoyés à fond. La propreté est le problème numéro 1 de l'établissement. L'emplacement en lui-même est bon et c'est calme. Cependant, le prix bas ne justifie pas les fortes lacunes dans le domaine de la propreté. Voisin très sympathique au premier étage qui a permis aux enfants d'utiliser leur piscine, c'était super. Avec peu d'argent et d'engagement, vous pourriez faire un excellent endroit où séjourner. Malheureusement, nous ne pouvons pas faire une telle recommandation.

FUYER LOIN

Fuyez à moins que le ménage soit votre passion. Literie hors d'âge, électricité non conforme, salpêtre sur les murs, moisissures dans la salle de bain, utiliser de la vaisselle jetable cela est préférable. Propriétaire de très mauvaise fois ainsi que la personne censée nous accueillir. pas d'étoile honteux!!!!!!!!!
