Die Lage in der Residenz und die NĂ€he zum wirklich schönen Pool ist hervorragend. Es ist sehr ruhig. Der Fußweg zum Strand betrĂ€gt ca. 1 km (nicht 300m wie angegeben). Der Garten, die Terrasse und Himmelsausrichtung (Osten) mit Markise sind sehr gut, immer schattig und windgeschĂŒtzt. Die Klimaanlage ist super an heißen Tagen und funktioniert sehr gut. Leider gibt es keine Fliegengitter an den Schlafzimmerfenstern. Es gibt zwei FahrrĂ€der, mit denen man z.B. gut zum BĂ€cker oder zum Strand fahren kann.Bei FeWo-direkt ist angegeben, dass BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher gestellt werden. Dies war aber leider nicht der Fall, so dass wir diese nachordern mussten und hierfĂŒr 120 fĂŒr 5 Personen dazukamen.Das Haus und vor allem die Inneneinrichtung wirken insgesamt allerdings schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratzen sind sehr durchgelegen, Duschbrause (mit schmalem Strahl) und Stange sind verrostet, die ToilettenspĂŒlung braucht sehr lange um nachzulaufen (12min.) In der KĂŒche gibt es wenig Besteck, die Töpfe/Pfannen sind teilweise austauschbedĂŒrftig und der Backofen heizt nicht richtig. Lobenswert sind allerdings die Waschmaschine, die neue SpĂŒlmaschine und der relativ große KĂŒhlschrank (mit Gefrierteil). Im Außenbereich ist die Halterung des Gartenschlauchs abgebrochen und es gibt keine Sitzkissen auf den Monoblock-StĂŒhlen.Dennoch hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub!

Une maisonnette super agencée avec terrasse et espace clos dans un complexe résidentiel avec piscine privée. Une hÎte super agréable, plein de bons conseils, une plage autorisée pour nos toutous à proximité, des balades incroyables, des sites et villages à découvrir, de bons restos aux alentours....pas assez d'une semaine pour tout faire...faut que j'y revienne. De trÚs belles vacances passées à Portiragnes.

Résidence trÚs calme, friendly avec les animaux de compagnie (nous avions notre chien), logement propre avec une super localisation. Mme Jaillard est tres accueillante et de bons conseils pour visiter la région. Je recommande !!!

Erholsamer Urlaub fĂŒr die Familie

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Portiragnes Plage. Der Strand ist sehr schön, die Lagune perfekt um Vögel zu beobachten. Die Wohnung hat alles was man beaucht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Wir haben es sehr genossen und können es nur weiter empfehlen.

Maison trÚs bien située

Proche de la mer, il y a tout ce qu il faut pour passer un agréable séjour, juste le matelas et les coussins du lit principal qui sont durs comme de la pierre , nous avons donc écourtés notre séjour en partant le vendredi soir.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette location. La maison est trÚs bien agencée et dispose de tout l'équipement nécessaire. Nous avons eu l'agréable surprise de trouver tous les produits d'entretien sur place. La terrasse est trÚs agréable. Un seul bémol a noté, le bruit de la vmc dans une des chambres.
