The kitchen has been recently refurnished and is equipped with all the white goods necessary.
There is a big and roomy living - dinning room, with separate ambiences and access to the garden and swimming pool with a very cosy porch suitable for outdoor dinners or nightcaps.
The house is very close to Portals Vells cove, where you can find Portals Vells and El Mago Beaches and the small Portals Vells marina.
This house is within a residential area and living together norms apply.
Between midnight and and 8 am, disturbing noises such as laud music, partying in the pool or any other activity that may result in disturbing the night for other neighbours are not allowed.
