300 sq.m chalet for 15 people, 5 bedrooms/bathrooms, near La-Plagne Montalbert.

Description of the rental:
The chalet was built in 1850 and used to be a high pasture farm. It was fully renovated and is located is the charming 'resort village' called Notre-Dame-du-Pré.
The resort has 3 ski lifts, one of which is only 50 m away from the chalet (it is adapted to both beginners and experts). It is the perfect place for holidays with your friends and family.The chalet is located 50 m away from the closest ski lift, on the foot of the main slope of Notre-Dame-du-Pré.

Besides, those who like open spaces will love living only 10 minutes away from one of the largest ski resorts in the world : 'Paradiski' - La Plagne - Les Arcs.

This 300 sq.m chalet was entirely renovated and has plenty of authentic charm. Besides, it is very comfortable. You must not miss it!

On the ground floor:
- a large double-door entrance with ski locker;
- a large kitchen fitted with everything you need;
- a TV room with a DVD player, a bookcase, and a sofa bed for 2 people. There are also a shower, toilets, and a bedroom that can sleep 4 people.

On the first floor, the main room consists of a dining room with plenty of seats and a fireplace. It also includes an access to the balcony.

On the second floor (4 bedrooms):
- bedroom 1: a double bed, bunk beds, and 2 single beds on the mezzanine;
- bedroom 2: a double bed;
- bedroom 3: a double bed and 3 single beds on the mezzanine;
- bedroom 4: one bed.

Assets of the rental:

- 30% discount on the one-day ski pass in La-Plagne for our guests;
- 40% discount on the ski equipment rental for our guests.
You can drop off your skis at the partner sports shop at the end of the day. You won't need to carry them around!

Un super séjour, un super chalet, du ski à proximité que demander de plus
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans un chalet plein de charme, très grand, super équipé, dans un joli petit village à proximité immédiate de plagne Montalbert (pour les amateurs de ski). Une petite piste de ski juste en face du chalet a permis aux enfants de bien en profiter mais également de bien s'amuser en faisant une descente aux flambeaux juste en face du chalet. Très belle expérience, je recommande ce chalet à tous les groupes qui veulent passer des bons moments ensemble dans un cadre très sympa et très agréable.

Excellent séjour en famille, 7 adultes et 8 enfants. Chalet spacieux, bien aménagé ds un village rural, calme et pittoresque. 2 téléskis avec pistes bleue et rouge au pied du chalet. Possibilité de luge à la fermeture des pistes. Ski de randonnée et marche aux alentours. Situé à 7 km de Montalbert, 10mn en voiture. Parking facile à 30m du chalet. Seul inconvénient du logement, cuisine bien équipée au rdc, salle à manger au 1er. Mais on s'organise. De belles chambres, toutes équipées de salle de bains. Contact sympathique et efficace avec propriétaire

Leuke locatie op 7km van skistation Montalbert.
Alles was aanwezig wat we nodig hadden voor een leuke vakantie. Eveneens mooie wandelingen in de buurt van het huis.

Chalet spacieux et accueillant
Belle terrasse. Cuisine spacieuse et très bien équipée. Grand salon, avec possibilité de faire un feu de cheminée,lors des soirées fraîches etsalle à manger à l'étage,si besoin Des chambres très belles avec sdb et toilettes dans chaque chambre. Bref,de l'espace et de la convivialité.
