Owners are VERY quick to respond to questions. The Sugar Shack was nice to grab lunch from while on the beach! We would definitely stay here again!

Right on the beach so you can wake up and walk right there every day. Convenient luggage carts. Easy to come and go from the garage and situated close to grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment, etc.!

Our building and location really is the best! Parking under the building, steps to the beach, a seasonal hot food/snacks building, also selling beach items, and drinks! 3 beautiful pools, a kiddie pool, bbq grills, and very close to many attractions, stores, etc. We love our cozy Condeaux!

Property was very clean and well maintained. Had direct access to the beach and 4 pools which were all clean and well maintained also. There is a security shack to get in so I felt safe parking there and knowing my car would be ok. The room was nice for 2 people max. It was a very small studio perfect for one person but a little stuffed with my husband and myself. The host was very nice and gave us tons of suggestions on things to do and places to eat. I loved that there was a washer/dryer in unit but it was small so we had to do multiple loads (which was fine it rained the whole time we were there). Now the bad: The bed was very hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were flat we almost bought some at Walmart. The bath towels supplied are VERY small (I am 5’2” and they didn’t even fully cover me) so we did buy towels at Walmart, as well as kitchen sponges, dish soap and laundry pods. Overall nice experience and decent place but could use some upgrades for comfort.

It was described perfectly and the room was great, for just two people. We were not in the room much. We came for the beach and to watch our grandson play in the Little League World Series!! Definitely worth the money! The communication with the owner was great!
