Relaxed and family friendly

This 4 bed villa suited our young family perfectly. The bedrooms are generously sized and close enough that we could relax outside in safe knowledge that we could hear the kids if needed. The outside lounge was incredible for offering much needed shade to play during the hottest hours and the owners could not have been more helpful in kitting us out with high chairs, cots and plastic crockery. But the highlight is the swimming pool where the large shallow section offered a paddling pool vibe to our 1 year old and helped our 4 year old grow in confidence in the water.

Beautiful week in Puglia

Very functional and beautiful house. Outside terrace well appointed for diners and evenings. Lots of space. Availability of host Rino, perfect. Definitely recommend this property, perfectly located to explore the wonders of Puglia: short car distances everywhere. 500 m to beach. Would go again

La proprieta' e' sicuramente attrattiva per la struttura e per la disponibilita' di una splendida piscina privata. La zona purtroppo non e' all'altezza della proprieta'. Molta poca cura delle spiagge che impedisce la fruizione di una esperienza che potrebbe essere unica. Sicuramente ci sono margini di miglioramento nei servizi forniti (WI-FI purtroppo pessimo, necessiterebbe di una linea dedicata; interni da curare; condizionamento da rendere piu' funzionale considerando le elevate temperature).

Fantastic villa

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. Really great large pool set back from the villa which was perfect for my 3 year old son to get confidence in the water. Quiet area but walkable to the beach. Good location to base ourselves to explore Puglia. Very friendly and helpful owner. Highly recommend .

Exceptional property in an excellent location

We stayed at the villa in June 2016 during a family (2 adults and 2 children (10 & 5)) trip to Italy. We enjoyed a wonderful week in Puglia staying at Villa. The gated and walled villa was beautifully clean with great amenities including an outdoor kitchen area and heated pool. There is A/C throughout the villa, and automatic blinds are screens on all of the windows and doors. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms provided more than adequate space. The private villa is in a great location. There are three restaurants within walking distance and it is a leisurely 400m walk to the beach. Lecce, Alberobello, Ostuni, Taranto and many other cities and towns are easily reached within 15 to 60 minutes. The owner, Rino, provided a welcome basket with all the essentials. He also gave us various recommendations for places to eat, had an excellent knowledge of Southern Italy, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful week. We would definitely recommend staying at this villa!!
