Nettes Häuschen

Wir haben hier 6 Tage zu vier verbracht.( Zwei Erwachsene, 2 große Kinder) Das Häuschen hat alles was man braucht um einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Zimmer haben einen schönen Ausblick und waren sauber, die Klimaanlage ist Gold wert, da wir sehr schwüles, warmes Wetter hatten. Die Betten waren gemütlich und frisch bezogen. Der Aussengrill ist super, und man sitzt draussen sehr schön und gemütlich zusammen. Die Nachbarn waren nett, wenn auch manchmal ein Kind oft geschrien hat. Zu guten Restaurants sind es etwa 300-500 Meter. Gut fussläufig zu erreichen. Hier einige kleine Details, warum es keine 5 Sterne gab: - Espressokocher waren beide leider verschimmelt -Den Eingang erreicht man über eine sehr steile Rampe, die man mit dem Wagen nicht erreicht (erreichen darf?!), das sollte unbedingt in Beschreibung des Hauses. Von den Parkmöglichkeiten bis zum Eingang sind es ca 50-100 Meter steiler Fussweg. -Kleinigkeiten, wie z.B. Geschirrtücher und Toilettenpapier fehlten. -Zeitweise Stromausfall, wegen erhötem Verbrauch (Waschmaschine und Klimaanlage zusammen sollte man unterlassen), wurde aber mit Hilfe vom Eigentümer Pierluigi sehr zuverlässig erledigt. durch Videoanruf konnten wir den Sicherungskasten, der ausserhalb des Hauses liegt, finden und den Strom wiederherstellen. Die Agentur war am Sonntag leider telefonisch nicht zu erreichen. Wenn man diese kleinen Dinge noch in den Griff bekommt, ist es eine sehr gute Alternative und empfehlenswert. Wir hatten zumindest einen tollen Urlaub auf der schönen Insel Sardinien. Vielen Dank Pierluigi

Bella e comoda ma un po’ sfornita

La casa è molto bella, il giardinetto con tavolo e divano è molto comodo ben tenuto e accogliente, le camere comode e molto luminose. Al nostro arrivo non siamo stati accolti da Pierluigi (come già mi aveva anticipato) ma da una ragazza che lavora per un’agenzia a cui si è appoggiato per l’accoglienza. La ragazza è stata molto gentile e disponibile anche se al nostro arrivo ci ha comunicato che la biancheria non era inclusa nel prezzo e avremmo dovuto pagarla a parte, cosa di cui non eravamo state informate in precedenza (anche se il prezzo era più che accessibile avrebbe fatto sicuramente piacere essere informate prima). Un altro punto negativo che devo purtroppo sottolineare è la mancanza di Wi-Fi che ci è stato detto non essere più disponibile (nonostante fosse scritto tra i servizi della struttura), non sarebbe stato un gran problema se fossimo state avvisate, ma anche in questo caso ci è stato riferito solo dopo che noi avevamo chiesto la password. Un’ultima cosa che devo segnalare è la sfornitura della casa, purtroppo mancavano cose di uso comune che ci si aspetta di trovare in una casa come per esempio la carta igienica. Tutto sommato però il soggiorno è stato piacevole, i vicini gentili, la città molto comodamente raggiungibile a piedi, e il parcheggio sotto casa molto facile da trovare.

Appartamento accogliente e funzionale che ti offre la possibilità di vivere in piena tranquillità la vacanza a Villasimius. Pierluigi persona attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti testimonianza è il fatto che si interfaccia in maniera educata e cordiale oltre all'aver dotato l'appartamento di tutti i confort per una vacanza al mare. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Es handelt sich um ein Reihenhaus. Je nachdem wer gerade nebenan Urlaub macht kann es schon mal lauter werden. Die Häuser sind recht hellhörig. Trotzdem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub. Garten und Terrasse mit dem Grill sind sehr schön. Pierluigi ist sehr bemüht und kümmert sich eventuelle Anliegen. Villasimius ist toll, die vielen Strände in der Umgebung sind traumhaft. Das Ortszentrum ist zu Fuß in ca. 15-20 Minuten erreichbar.
