Lovely Terraced House with Garden in a Private Residence

Just 400 meters from the center of Villasimius and 1.5 km from the beaches, this charming three-room terraced house is available for rent. It comprises:

The ground floor features an entrance hall, a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom, a veranda, and a furnished garden with a shower and barbecue.

The first floor includes a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a covered veranda.

The house is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen with dishes and cookware, a washing machine, a microwave oven, a refrigerator and freezer, a vacuum cleaner, an iron and ironing board, and air conditioning.

The villa is located in a condominium complex with large outdoor spaces, a swimming pool (only in July and August, during the hours established by the condominium), and a tennis court.

Final cleaning is available for an additional €70 (mandatory).

An additional €30 fee, indicated in the quote as an administrative fee, applies for in-person check-in.

Missing Important Details

Picture has a lovely swimming pool, and it is very nice. But he fails to tell you that it is closed between 11am & 4:30pm for a siesta time. The hottest part of the day, and you can't swim! Kids were really not impressed! And don't forget your swimming caps, can't swim without those, not for sale nearby either and he fails to mention this also. All four of us also got sick from his air conditioning too.

Rigtig godt til prisen

Vi var glade for at bo der og følte os velkomne. Dog var vi ærgerlige over, at poolen kun kunne benyttes mellem 16.30 og 20. Vi havde nogle dage, hvor vi gerne ville være hjemme og slappe af i huset, men det var meget varmt og vi havde ikke lyst til andet, end at hoppe i poolen, som er lige uden for døren - men det måtte vi ikke. Poolen var ellers en af årsagerne til, at vi lejede dette rækkehus. Der er langt til strandene fra Villasimius (uanset hvor i byen man bor). Denne bolig er og i den ende af byen, der er længst fra strandene. Der er dog ikke langt til et stoppested med sommer-bussen, som vi brugte næsten hver dag. For 2 Euro kan man køre med til en af de mange strande i området. På den måde fik vi besøgt 8 forskellige strande i løbet af vores 14 dages ferie. Boligen er også i fin gåafstand til mange restauranter, museer og meget tæt på flere store supermarkeder. Vi behøvede derfor ikke leje en bil. Alt i boligen fungerede som det skulle. Det var særligt rart med aircondition, som på få minutter kunne køle soveværelserne ned om aftenen inden vi skulle sove. Vi satte også stor pris på, at der var vaskemaskine. Køkkenet var veludstyret. Vi fik aldrig brugt det store tv der stod i stuen (det var større end det på billederne), men til gengæld var vi rigtig glade for hængekøjen i haven. Sengene var gode (dobbeltsengen er en af de bedste senge i en feriebolig vi har lejet). Det ene bar syntes, at enkeltsengene var lidt hårde. Men det er en smagssag. Tak for en dejlig ferie.

A very nice house

A very nice house😍 and there is a swimmingpoole that is filled 01-07-2023 till 30-08-2023. And there are beautful beaches in the area .Next year we will come back👍👍

Vacanza indimenticabile!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa per 15 giorni in 6 adulti. Casa pulita, accogliente e ben pensata. Posizione ottima, a pochi minuti a piedi e in macchina dai supermercati e dal piccolo centro di Villasimius. Torneremo sicuramente!

soggiorno perfetto

di tutte le case che abbiamo affittato, è quella che abbiamo preferito! vicino a tutto, andavamo in centro a piedi, perfetto per quelli che non vogliono toccare la macchina ! la casa era più che pulita, ed era molto funzionale! ci siamo sentiti a casa! vista sulla piscina meravigliosa.. e grazie ancora per l’accoglienza, sono molto disponibili per qualsiasi problema! consigliamo al 100% questa casa che sicuramente riaffitteremo ;)

Je recommande sans hésiter

Logement spacieux et très propre. La résidence est calme. Voiture obligatoire pour visiter la région mais le supermarché a l avantage d etre tout près de la maison. Terrasse agréable avec douche extérieure qui nous avons fortement apprécié. Les chambres sont climatisées. La personne qui nous a accueilli est très agréable et a fait l effort de nous parler français. Elle nous a recommandé des plages et nous a accueilli avec des fleurs du jardin. Tres bon séjour.

ASSOLUTAMENTE CONSIGLIATA!!

Villetta graziosa e funzionale,immersa in un contesto tranquillo e accogliente. Dotata di tutti i comfort, sembra di essere a casa propria! Lavatrice, asse da stiro, aria condizionata, ventilatori e in cucina non manca davvero niente!! Ideale per una famiglia con bambini! Carlo si è dimostrato un ospite cordiale,sin dal momento del primo contatto. Ci ha messo a disposizione tutto, anche il posto auto! Ottima accoglienza!! Esperienza assolutamente da ripetere e da consigliare!!

Schönes Haus

Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es sind ausreichend Töpfe und Geschirr vorhanden. Wir waren Ende September dort, da waren nicht mehr viele Häuser in der Anlage bewohnt. Ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass es in der Hauptsaison durch die Bauweise recht laut in der Anlage ist.

splendia villetta in collina a VILLASIMIUS

Villetta molto graziosa situata in un posto strategico di Villasimius, ad 1,5 km dalla bellissima spiaggia di Simius e vicino ad altre splendide spiaggette e calette molto caratteristiche (punta molentis, porto giunco, cala caterina, timi ama, campus etc....) 500 mt dal centro raggiungibile facilmente a piedi. l'inserzione corrisponde perfettamente alla realtà. Molto bella la piscina all'interno del residenze comprensiva anche di bagnino. I proprietari molto cordiali e disponibili. Consiglio vivamente a tutti di fare questa meravigliosa esperienza, sicuramente in futuro ci ritornerò. FABIO

Residenza confortevole, ben arredata e attrezzata, perfetta per una famiglia e silenziosa

Torno oggi da un soggiorno di 2 settimane con la famiglia: la villetta è magnifica per chi vuole una sistemazione comoda e tranquilla. Ho apprezzato in particolare l'aria condizionata, i letti buoni, il frigo gigantesco e il giardinetto con tavolo esterno, doccia e barbecue. A 2 metri c'è la piscina condominiale pulita e mai affollata. Ottima la vicinanza a tutte le spiagge di Villasimius e dintorni (serve l'auto), a 2 supermercati e anche al centro di raccolta rifiuti, che ne rende facile lo smaltimento. Il proprietario è molto gentile. In definitiva: un posto da consigliare!

Splendida vacanza

Casa luminosa, pulita e molto ben attrezzata con giardinetto di fronte alla piscina. Utilissima la doccia calda in giardino. Proprietari molto disponibili e gentili ed assolutamente discreti. Spiagge e paesaggi di rara bellezza!

paesaggi incantevoli

siamo tornati dopo qualche anno a Villasimius, il posto era come lo ricordavamo, incantevole e molto vivo, abbiamo soggiornato in questa villetta schiera con vista sulla piscina (non ho mai capito cosa servono le piscine in sardegna visto il mare che c'e'), ma il posto e' stato davvero confortevole, abbiamo apprezzato sopratutto la tranquillita' e il silenzio pur essendo a poche centinaia di metri dal centro. L'appartamento e' essenziale ma completo di tutto l'occorrente, apprezzabili idoppi servizi,la lavatrice e la doccia esterna come la comodita' di raggiungere i servici commerciali (anche a piedi). gentili e disponibi sono stati Manuele e il marito che ci hanno accolto e dato alcuni consigli sui posti da visitare anche se avevamo gia'un ricordo del luogo. Questa'nno ci siamo spinti spesso in costa rei, che dopo la spiaggia dei notteri e' quelal che ci e' piaciuta di piu', torneremo sicuramente.

Vacanza perfetta

Vacanza perfetta sotto tutti i punti di vista. Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questo appartamento dove regna la tranquillità e sei a due passi dal centro di villassimius. I proprietari discreti è molto gentili. A causa del nostro arrivo in aereo non avevamo l'occorrente per la spiaggia ma non c'è stato alcun problema visto che nell'appartamento c'era tutto l'occorrente (spiaggine e ombrellone con carrellino porta tutto). Insomma che dire noi quest'anno abbiamo già riprenotato. Cristian

Molto soddisfatti!

Siamo stati molto soddisfatti della nostra vacanza presso questa struttura. Eravamo in due coppie. Carlo e i suoi familiari sono stati molto disponibili e gentili a darci tutte le informazioni di cui necessitavamo. La villetta è situata in ottima posizione, zona tranquilla, comoda ai servizi e a 5-10 minuti dalla via principale. Abbiamo trovato la villetta molto pulita e carina. Le foto pubblicate rispecchiano quello che è realmente il posto. Sicuramente da consigliare.

"Points positifs : Maiso...

"Points positifs : Maison mitoyenne spacieuse, propre bien entretenue dans une résidence pavillonnaire, parfaitement bien équipée dans les moindres détails, petit jardinet clos privé avec barbecue très appréciable, table et chaises de jardin, possibilité de garer le véhicule dans la rue derrière la maison, très calme en avril. Propriétaires charmants et disponibles. Environnement magnifique. Points négatifs : Voiture indispensable. Collecte des ordures ménagères un peu contraignante (tri sélectif à environ 500m) mais de toutes les manières les vacances furent inoubliables. (Perfectly well equipped house in every detail. Clean. Private garden with a barbecue, table and chairs. The car can be parked outside in the road behind the house. Very quiet place in April. Charming owners. Magnificent environment but it is quite necessary to have a car. The distance to get rid of the bins is of about 500 meters. Anyway : unforgettable holidays)"
