Wonderful 2nd row location facing the ocean approximately 80 steps away and a quick walk to the beach. You can hear the ocean from the brand new screened in, rocking chair front porch. Our home is close to everything - - beach, marsh, shopping, lots of fun stuff! Great for families, couples, golfers, and business travel. You may never want to leave!

* Smoking not allowed on any porch, under house, or in yard. Any smoking odor or paraphernalia will be charged an additional fee.
* Must be at least 25 years of age to rent and reside on property for duration of stay

Final notes:
1) Guest must be at least 25 years of age to rent. Absolutely NO third party rentals which is grounds for immediate eviction with no return of monies paid
2) Rates are set annually in November for the following year. For example, January-December, 2023 rates will be set in November, 2022.
3) Security cameras overlook driveway and backyard. Disconnecting or covering security cameras is grounds for immediate eviction.

Please consider purchasing independent trip insurance (typically less than $70) for the chance that if something were to happen and you were not to be able to stay or had to leave early, your trip costs are covered.

Only a 40 yard walk to the beach cut through, overall this rental exceeded my expectations. It is not brand new, but it is restored to a very high-quality. Beautiful area and excellent neighbors and very efficient communication with the host. I would definitely recommend this for a group of eight or more

The house very much suited our needs and had everything we required for a successful long holiday weekend. Perfect long weekend getaway

We loved this house for our long weekend with friends/family. The house was perfect for quick walks to the beach and just a short drive to restaurants and shops. The bedrooms are perfectly situated with very comfortable beds. The owners made the check in/check out process so easy we never had to contact them. We would definitely rent here again!

Great Vacation

My family and I had a wonderful Christmas vacation in this house. The house was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. It was wonderful being a short walk from the beach. Our favorite was sitting on the front porch enjoying the warm weather. The host was very nice and helpful and she even had a Christmas tree set up! We hope to return for a Summer vacation.

Easy beach access

Our family has been vacationing off and on in the North Litchfield Pawley's Island area for decades. We love the traditional feel of the "Shabby Chic" beach house. This house fit the bill perfectly. Additionally the house was very well stocked. We wanted for nothing.

My husband grew up in both Asheville, NC and Litchfield Beach and I grew up in Chattanooga, TN. We are 3rd generation owners and been a part of this area for more than 50 years. Together, we have (2) awesome children, 29 (hard to believe!) and 21. We love coming to the beach with our charcoal lab, Gray. The children and doggie have grown up coming to this house and love it as much as we do! Don't mention the word 'beach' to Gray as he will not let you leave without him!!

Why they chose this property

We call the Marejo 'home' as it's where we get away from it all ~ demands of work, community, school, and activities. This is where our family can exhale with great friends and family. When we do get to come, we look forward to a quick home cooked dinner on the first night so we can hit the beach, enjoy a gorgeous sunset and play Mexican train dominoes. We taught our children to play and it's a staple for our visits. Our days consist of lots of beach time, crabbing, fishing, porch sitting, reading and a bit of shopping.

What makes this property unique

Our home is on 2nd row so we are approx. 80 steps to the ocean directly across the street. Just sitting on the rocking chair front porch and breathing the salt air will put the saltiest soul at ease.
