The house is builded on two level plus a mezzanine there is two stairs inside house and two stairs outside .

Un lieu de quiétude

Charmante maison dans un écrin de verdure bénéficiant d'une vue dégagée sur le bassin. Nous avons vécu sur la terrasse à toutes heures de la journée... Slow life absolument !

Cap-Ferret has allways been a holidays place for people from Bordeaux .
My grand-parents were used to spend summer holidays , but there was not any road at that time , they had to stop at Lege and finished the road with donkeys , to spend three months nearby the laguna . My parents inherited the house of my grand-parents and my two sisters and I are sharing this area where each have his one house .Mine is recent , is only 8 years hold , built in brown pine like the two others and organized to not be disturb by the others .Hidden by trees upon the laguna with a nice view on the mimbeau beach and the Pyla's dune .

Why they chose this property

We used to come to the Cap-Ferret every summer where we melted friends as it is a very peaceful and resting place . The exceptional and natural surrounding of our laguna is preserved even in august .

What makes this property unique

Beautiful vue , the house is high far from curious people .
Calm under the pin trees .
Ten meters from the laguna and 100 meters from the mimbeau beach 800 meters from Ocean beaches .
We can leave the car for the time being there and be by bike or foot .
