Our home was built at the beginning of the last century with local stone; our family bought it as a dismissed farmhouse in the late 80s; since then, it has been renovated from the ground up, respecting and preserving the original spaces and materials, with utmost care and dedication.

The villa is comfortable and homely, surrounded by nature, olives groves, and hills. It offers stunning panoramas from dawn to sunset. With its fascinating islands full of history and legends, Bolsena Lake can be reached in 10 minutes.
We are located in the northmost tip of Latium, at the crossroads with Umbria and Tuscany, a stunning and historical location perfect to begin day trips to Orvieto, Siena, Civita di Bagnoregio, Bomarzo, Pitigliano, Vulci, Tuscania, Tarquinia, the Via Francigena, or the shores of the Argentario Peninsula. Nevertheless, the atmosphere of the house, its comforts, the garden with tall trees, aromatic herbs and the swimming pool with its water features, as well as the jacuzzi from which to enjoy a glass of wine under the starry sky, often are too tempting for our guests to venture out if not to get fresh local delights. We repeatedly received such feedback from our guests.
The lake and its surroundings offer multiple opportunities for all tastes; most watersports are available, as well as horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking, hot springs and boat rental to discover the extraordinary beauty of the lake. During summers, festivals and cultural events are held in the area. Just ask your host for advice.

The villa has two independent floors, 5 bedrooms plus 2 attached rooms, 4 bathrooms of which 2 with hot tubs, 3 lounges of which the larger one turns in a 4k movie theatre with Dolby surround system thanks to a 3 meters screen lit by a professional Sony projector. There are various libraries, a tv room, 2 kitchens equipped with a semiprofessional appliance, 2 juicers and everything you can dream of to master your Italian cooking skills. There are board games, wifi throughout, streaming services, an Xbox one and a motorised telescope. 3 of the 5 bedrooms are configurable with big singles or king-size beds upon request.
