Skaloma: Villa in Skaloma

Skaloma is a small village in the Phocis region of Central Greece. Our house is located right on the beach, in a residential area. With its modern, spacious, and bright design, the house can accommodate up to 8–9 people. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room and dining room. Surrounded by a spacious, sunny terrace where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning, our house offers all the comforts you could hope for in a holiday home. The sea in front of our house is very clean, and the water is crystal clear. <br>Visit Greece in the fall, winter, or spring! The house has central heating and a wood-burning fireplace. <br>You’ll find the lush green vegetation characteristic of this region in Central Greece: vineyards, olive groves, and fruit trees—not to mention the flowers that only serve to beautify the entire area.<br>Just a few kilometres from the house, you’ll find the villages of Marathias (1 km), Sergoula (5 km), and Monastiraki (5 km), the town of Nafpaktos, a charming little town (17 km) with its many shops, and, of course, the must-see archaeological site of Delphi (50 km) and other picturesque villages such as Galaxeidi (a small fishing port), Araxova (monastery). Everywhere you’ll find charming terraces and traditional restaurants where you can dine and savour authentic Greek dishes. You can also visit the island of Trizonia by taking the 10-minute ferry ride from the village of Xania. Trizonia is a lush, green island with a beautiful natural harbour, where you can admire the magical landscape stretching out before you.<br> In short, spending your holiday in Skaloma means, above all, a “chill” and relaxing getaway, because you’re far from mass tourism, and the beach in front of our house is practically… all yours! <br>
