Lovely stay!

We had a lovely ten days in beautiful Camogli! Alberto and his wife were very sweet and helpful. The flat is well-equipped and in an excellent location with a balcony (a rare find in camogli) with stunning views over the bay. Hope to be back!

Great place in the centre of Camogli

Super location right on the main pedestrian street with shops, cafes, restaurants literally next door. Nice apartment with great view from balcony. Good service from owner. Leave your car at home, parking is almost impossible!!

Beautiful views and close to the beach

We enjoyed our time in this cozy top floor apartment. It has a nice view of the sea, the church and the fort from a rooftop terrace. Convenient location, close to beach and shops. Small lift in building for 4 floors then two sets of stairs to the apartment. The last staircase is a bit steep and narrow. Bathroom is a tight fit, but has a full shower and nice hot water. Alberto and Nicoletta were very nice hosts with good response to communications and questions!

Perfect

I came to stay by the sea near Genova, where my mother was from. I needed a total break from work, life etc in Melbourne Australia. I booked this place as it ticked all boxes. 2 minute walk to beach, small but comfortable apartment, easy to clean, fully equipped , spectacular views, walking access to great hikes, train ride to Genova . The apartment has a homely feel, not stark and not sterile. I booked it for a full 3 months, and I relaxed immediately. I had no plans made, but at or from Camogli you can wake up and choose what to do it all; swim, hike, galleries, delicious dining, delicious Aperativos read, sleep, dream, relax. I was not prepared for the exceptional kindness of the hosts, Alberto, Nicoletta and their daughter Carlotta. Their home and their hospitality made feel welcomed and safe. I highly recommend this lovely apartment and cannot wait for my next opportunity to return. Thank you Alberto, Carlotta and Nicoletta

Schöne Aussicht, sehr gute Lage

Die Ferienwohnung der freundlichen Gastgeber, die im obersten Stockwerk über eine Treppe oder einen kleinen Aufzug erreichbar ist (ungeeignet bei Gehbehinderung, auch zum Aufzug führt eine Treppe) ist gehalten im alt-italienischen Stil. Einrichtung und Haushaltsgegenstände zeugen vom Charm vergangener Zeiten, sind jedoch deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Alte Möbel, die teils dürftig repariert sind komplettieren das Bild. Im Kinderzimmer gibt es kein Licht und eins meiner Kinder verletzte sich nachts im Bett stark an einer rostigen Halterung. Auch bei einigem Inventar, z.B. Handtücher, Töpfe oder Geschirr würde eine Erneuerung das Komfortgefühl unkompliziert steigern. Es ist dennoch alles vorhanden, was einen unbeschwerten Urlaub möglich macht. Vom Balkon aus, der sich auf dem Dach des Hauses befindet, kann man einen grandiosen Blick auf das Meer und den Strand des wundervollen Urlaubsortes genießen. Das Wasser der Bucht ist aufgrund des Kiesstrandes wunderbar klar und blau, der Strand ist in wenigen Gehminuten über Treppen erreichbar. Die Infrastruktur in der Nähe ist hervorragend. Vor der Eingangstür ein Cafe mit einer Unzahl an unterschiedlichen und aussergewöhnlichen Kaffeesorten, ein Supermarkt und Gemüsehändler in ein paar Minuten Laufentfernung. Gastronomisch ist in Camogli eine große Anzahl an Restaurants zu finden, ob nun Pizza, mexikanisch, Foccacia oder auch weit verbreitet eine große und hochwertige Auswahl der Delikatessen, die das Meer zu bieten hat. Schöne Aussicht

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist gut vom Zug aus erreichbar. Mittendrin in Camogli. Die Wohnung war leider sehr schmutzig. Viele Gegenstände sind in die Jahre gekommen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit aber auch in die Jahre gekommen. Der Balkon ist ein Traum. Die Aussicht ist sehr schön. Da der Zug hinter dem Haus in ein Tunnel fährt, kann es etwas laut werden wenn die Fester hinten geöffnet sind. Das Bad ist etwas eng. Sonst ist alles vorhanden.

Traumhafte Aussicht, kaputte Wohnung

Aussicht vom Balkon ist traumhaft, die Wohnung ist sehr reparaturbedürftig und klein. Abflüsse sind ständig verstopft, Wohnungstür lies sich gar nicht schlissen, Turschloss war fast rausgerissen, wir müssten ihn erstmal befestigen. Viele Möbelstücke sind kaputt. Sehr sehr kleines Badezimmer. Bahngleise sind direkt hinter dem Haus, man hört Züge sehr gut. Aussicht entschädigt Vieles. Kommunikation mit Wohnungsbesitzerin sehr nett, Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und gut.

Etwas ungepflegt, die Lage hervorragend.

Die Wohnung ist klein, liegt aber an wunderbarer Lage mit herrlicher Aussicht aufs Meer. Leider ist vieles ungepflegt, einige Küchengegenstände dreckig und kaum zu gebrauchen, in der Küche richtig zu kochen ist kaum möglich. Auch ist die Wohnung vollgestellt mit Dingen, die vor allem Staubfänger sind. Schade! Etwas mehr Sorgfalt und Hygiene würden der Wohnung gut tun und den (relativ hohen) Preis rechtfertigen.

Super holiday in Camogli

We enjoyed our stay in Albertos apartment. It had everything we needed for our holiday. As the photos show its an authentic Italian holiday home . Not modern but quaint and quirky . Not suitable for everyone as there are a lot of steps. The view from the balcony is beautiful. Alberto, his wife and Carlotta were great hosts and answered all enquiries promptly and were flexible with our arrival and departure times. Much appreciated. Thank you, a lovely holiday

La Vista

Kleine Wohnung an bester Lage mitten im Dorf aber zuoberst im Gebäude mit einem Balkon mit fantastischer Aussicht aufs Meer und die Bucht vor Genua. Kannst in Badehose zum Strand trapsen und auch der beste Café im Dorf ist hier im Erdgeschoss. Die Whg. ist eine Gerümpelkammer aber wer diesbezüglich nicht heikel ist und teutonische Sauberkeitsbedürfnisse zu Hause lässt hat einen Volltreffer gelandet.

A ne pas louer

Le propriétaire a t-il envie d'accueillir des vacanciers ? C’est évidemment la question qu’on se pose après une journée dans cet appartement qui dispose d’une très jolie terrasse et une vue sur Camogli, mais qui prend souvent des allures de grenier qu’il faudrait très rapidement vider ! L'appartement était très sale, avec de nombreuses denrées périmées dans les placards ou posées au sol. Une salle de d'eau avec des moisissures et une prise de courant à l'intérieur da la douche, reliée à un chauffage ! Des placards et des fenêtres qui ferment mal, des placards encombrés de vieux magazines et autre bazar, du mobilier très ancien souvent cassé et très encombrant, un très vieil aspirateur sous le lit entouré de pierres et de "moutons", des ustensiles de cuisine usagés, des jardinières sur la petite terrasse qui ne sont plus fleuries depuis longtemps. Nous avons passé plus de 3 heures à tout nettoyer et ranger et le propriétaire s'est dit désolé. Nous disposons de nombreuses photos pour appuyer nos propos. Je ne pensais pas tomber sur un tel appartement avec Abritel

Una vista meravigliosa

Das Apartment befindet sich in einer sehr schönen Gegend im 6. Stock eines wunderschönen Gebäudes (Aufzug vorhanden). Die Wohnung ist sehr schön geschnitten und bietet alles was man für seinen Urlaub an der italienischen Riviera braucht. Unschlagbar ist die Aussicht vom Balkon, mit der man über alle Dächer hinweg, den Horizont am Meeresende und den darauffolgenden Sonnenuntergang, Abend für Abend betrachten kann. Das Badezimmer ist nicht das größte, reicht jedoch vollkommen für das nötigste aus. Es hat uns allen unglaublich gut gefallen und gerne kommen wir wieder!

Wunderschöne Aussicht

Die Wohnung könnte eine kleine Perle im schönen Camogli sein. Wir haben den Balkon mit einem Tuch beschattet und die meiste Zeit dort draußen verbracht. Die Wohnung selbst müsste mal entrümpelt, das Bad grundsaniert werden und für einen hygienischen Mindeststandart steht zu viel herum, auch Gewürze und Lebensmittel. Das einzige, was wir davon benutzt haben war der Apfelessig, mit dem wir den Kühlschrank innen gereinigt haben, bevor wir unsere Lebensmittel hineingestellt haben. Wir haben nicht gekocht und auch außerhalb gefrühstückt, da wir keine Lust hatten, alles vorher zu reinigen, bis wir uns mit der Küchensituation wohl gefühlt hätten. Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher waren perfekt sauber, geschlafen haben wir gut. Der Ventilator hat ausgreicht, so haben wir die Klimaanlage nicht benötigt. W-Lan hat perfekt funktioniert. Reisenden, die mit dem Auto kommen wollen, empfehlen wir, im Sommer in keinem Fall am Wochenende anzureisen. Es gibt im Ort zu wenig Parkplätze, vor allem, wenn die Menschen aus dem Umland zusätzlich kommen. Bis das Parkhaus fertig ist, wird es noch Jahre dauern.

Mieux que sur les photos

L'appartement est encore mieux que dans la description le balcon est en fait une petite terrasse et la vue est magnifique. L'accueil est très chaleureux avec fougasse et blanc au frais et de l'eau. Tout était parfait et Camogli reste paradisiaque. Encore MERCI

Ottima vista

L'appartamento gode di ottima vista e solo quello....... La pulizia inesistente, lavastoviglie non funzionante, corredo vecchissimo e phon a rischio tanto vecchio è! L'aria condizionata rotta.... Per fortuna c'è il terrazzo e la cittadina è stupenda
