"This appartment is large, very clean, well equipped,and perfectly located.It's right in the heart of the old city,about a two minute walk from the old port. The only problem is, that being on a pedestrian street surrounded by restaurants, it tends to be very noisy on weekend nights for the person sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room."

"We are a retired couple who have spent a week in lovely La Rochelle. If you want to experience everyday life in La Rochelle this is the perfect location. The appartment is tastefully restored and very comfortable. The people were very friendly and there are restaurants to suit every taste."

The kitchen is well equipped for self catering. The apartment is in a very good location for all the attractions of the town. It is very close to the harbor, towers, aquarium, shops and cafes. It is also not far from the train station. We are a couple with a young child and found the accommodation suitable and family friendly".

"We were two friends from two continents who rented the apartment. we attended a week-long conference that was very hectic and tiring. It was very nice to be able to rest in the comfortable, quiet and charming space. We were also able to invite colleagues over for refeshments and good conversation during evenings, away from the hustle and bustle of hotels. The location is perfect, in the old town, yet not far from the conference center, the harbors, museums and other sights. The street is lined with nice, reasonable restaurants. It took about 5 minutes to walk to the small but bountiful market. We enjoyed purchasing fresh produce, flowers and more. All in all the perfect stay."

"Central location within walking distance of all amenities and public transport. No need for car. Appartment clean and well equipped. Main room could be noisy at night if anyone sleeping on sofa bed but bedroom at rear very quiet. Recommended location!"
