Penthouse with Three Bedrooms, Terraces and Swimming Pool

Nice penthouse with garden and swimming pool outside in Salamanca close to Mall El Tormes. The apartment has tourist license and free WIFI.

The penthouse has three spacious and bright bedrooms (1 double and 4 singles beds and we can also install a crib in one of the rooms if the guests ask for it totally free), lounge, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and three large terraces. All rooms are exterior and are fully furnished. It is located on the third floor with elevator.

There is direct bus line connected to the center of Salamanca. The bus runs every 15 minutes on weekdays and 30 minutes on Saturdays and holidays.

Appliances: Vitroceramic, Washing machine, fridge with freezer, dishwasher microwave, TV, DVD, aspirator.

Provided with sheets, blankets and bedspreads for all beds.

Parking in the street in front of the building with total availability and sufficient parking space at any time and any day. Parking is totally free.

Very quiet and gardens on the estate and surrounding areas, a summer swimming pool available. The pool is available in summer season.

The nearby shopping center (walking 2 minutes) has many restaurants, clothing stores, supermarkets, cinemas, video game stores, etc ...

The pool is communal for all residents of the community buildings. It is a swimming pool that opens in the summer season. Normally the opening dates of the pool are from June 15 to September 15. These dates may vary in days depending on the weather conditions of each particular year.

Bien situado, cerca de una parada del autobús que te lleva al centro, hay un bar cerca que se desayuna muy bien, mucha tranquilidad, los dueños muy agradables, lo recomiendo si lo que quieres es tranquilidad sin mover el coche.

Nous avons passé 5 belles journées à Salamanque, c'est une superbe ville avec une ambiance trop top... vive les soirées sur la Plaza Mayor!! Apparemment sympa et calme, piscine très agréable par ces fortes températures. La résidence et l'appartement bien propres. Par contre il n'y a pas de jacuzzi, c'est simplement une baignoire avec 6 petits gets qui en plus ne fonctionnaient pas! Il ya effectivement 3 terrasses mais elles sont tres petites, surtout 2 d'entre elles. La clumatisation serait vraiment un plus, surtout dans les chambres car l'appartementest sous les toits et nous avons vraiment eu très chaud même la nuit.

Très bon séjour

Ma femme, ma fille et moi avons séjourné 3 jours dans l'appartement. La propreté du lieu, l'emplacement idéal à coté d'un supermarché et à 5 minutes en voiture de Salamanque, et la piscine nous ont enthousiasmé. Quartier calme et sûr, facilité de stationnement. La petite terrasse couverte est idéale pour profiter du beau temps mais aussi de l'extérieur même quand il pleut. L'accueil était aimable et courtois, parfait ! Je recommande grandement !
