The property was amazing,Helena was thoughtful and kind bringing us some snacks as we arrived quite late at night as flight was delayed. The property has everything you need for a self catering holiday, withbwasming macine and dishwasher included. It is very rustic and portuguese authentic

This is a charming property full of character, (photos don’t do it justice), in a very tranquil area, if you want peace and quiet this is for you.Car is essential, you can walk into Albufeira but it’s all uphill on the way back!! ( Taxi is easy to come by)Helena is the perfect host met us at the meeting point and showed us around the property.The outside area is lovely, we used the outside grill most evenings, it’s a beautiful setting.Pool was great, not heated but very refreshing.Air conditioning in one bedroom and entrance room kept the cottage nice and cool.Lovely sized bedrooms with ample storage.2 very good sized bathrooms with showers that were always hot.Kitchen had everything you will need to cook inside or out, there is a dishwasher too!!I cannot recommend this property enough.Thankyou Helena for a wonderful stay

Fantastic Villa for Algarve holiday

Fantastic villa with lovely gardens and pool in a peaceful location less than 10 minutes drive from Albufiera. The villa is a beautifully furnished traditional home with thick walls which keep it comfortable and cool during the heat of summer. Helena is a fantastic host and gave us a lovely hamper on arrival. We will definitely stay again next time we visit the Algarve.

Peaceful holiday villa.

Thank you Helena, We stayed for just five nights, we needed a quiet break away and this Villa was perfect. It was very clean and tidy and the pool was wonderful. The Villa is old and rustic, authentically Portuguese with antique but adequate furniture. The kitchen is dated and unfortunately has no cupboards for food storage, just the fridge but it is clean and there is a dishwasher which is great after using the coal fired BBQ. The washing machine works well. There are two air con units, brilliant when outside gets super-hot. We didn’t get a hamper like some previous guests .. not sure why not :-( But we had a car (a must for this location) and many local food shops are just a few minutes drive. The beach and restaurants are also very close by. We enjoyed our stay at Casa Opotipot in Albufeira.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt abseits vom Trubel von Albufeira. Netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit den Eigentümern (in Englisch). Blitzsauberer Pool mit wöchentlichem Poolservice, Gartenservice und Hausreinigung. Man darf sich nur nicht an gelegentlichem Hundegebell vom Nachbargrundstück stören. Uns hat es nur unwesentlich gestört und wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchenjedrjeyerzeit

Schönes Haus mit tollem Pool

Das Haus ist in einer ruhigen Lage in Albufeira. Lediglich die Hunde des Nachbarn können manchmal etwas nerven. Das Anwesen und das Haus sind sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das Grundstück und der Pool wurden bei unserem Besuch auch gereinigt.

Lovely villa, well recommended!

We all had a lovely stay at the Villa which is tucked out the way of the hustle and bustle of Albufeira. Helena made us very welcome and assisted us with locating the property, whilst also showing us around the property. Would highly recommend and good value for money. Thank you again!

La maison est tout à fait conforme à l’annonce, très bien équipée. La propreté est irréprochable. Le jardin et la piscine sont très agréables et contribuent à d’excellentes vacances reposantes. La voiture reste indispensable pour se déplacer. L’arrivée est facilitée par un très bon contact avec la propriétaire et des instructions simples. Merci pour ce très bon accueil.

Toller Urlaub!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der kleinen Villa mit Pool! Mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Badezimmern sowie großem Wohnzimmer und gut ausgestatteter Küche war genug Platz für einen Urlaub zu viert. Alles war sehr sauber und nach 1 Woche wurden unsere Handtücher getauscht und die Betten frisch überzogen. Alles ist sehr liebevoll und individuell eingerichtet und der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt. Der Pool wurde 1x pro Woche gereinigt. Die Kommunikation war problemlos. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig bis auf den Nachbarn der ab und zu für etwas Baulärm sorgte oder dessen Hunde häufig bellten. Aber das war keine dauerhafte oder lang anhaltende Belästigung. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in die Unterkunft kommen, wie ich finde ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis überaus fair. Vielen Dank!

Ferienhaus mit historischem Charme

Das Ferienhaus liegt außerhalb von Albufeira in einem sehr ruhigen, sehr grünen Quartier mit wenig Nachbarschaft. Das Haus ist umgeben von einem großen, gepflegten Garten, im hinteren Teil liegt, sehr geschützt, der Pool. Im Haus ist alles sehr großzügig: es gibt zwei Bäder, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, zwei Schlafzimmer, im Wohnbereich mit Fernsehecke, Esstisch, diverse Sessel und Boards. Zwischen dem Wohnzimmer und dem Ausgang in den hinteren Garten stehen nochmals zwei Liegen für eine Siesta oder zum Schlafen. Schränke und Ablagen sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage haben wir aufgrund des Wetters nicht benutzt. Das Haus selbst ist ein altes Landhaus, wurde vor nicht allzu langer Zeit sehr liebe- und geschmackvoll erweitert und modernisiert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief sehr gut Von der vorderen Terrasse ist das Meer zu sehen, man kann auch zu Fuß zum nächsten Strand laufen, das ist dann allerdings schon ein längerer Spaziergang. Mit dem Mietwagen sind alle Ziele sehr gut erreichbar, auch zum Einkaufen oder für den Restaurantbesuch ist ein Auto zu empfehlen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wahl unseres Ferienquartiers!

Hübsches Haus mit Charme abseits vom Trubel

Hübsches Haus mit Charme abseits vom Touristentrubel in Albufeira/Algarve. Den Aufenthalt haben wir sehr genossen. Garten und Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Die Einrichtung praktisch und hübsch. Ein paar Tassen und Gläser mehr in der Küche und ein Starter Kit mit Lappen, Spülmittel u.ä. wäre hilfreich. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es auch weitere Ferienhäuser, welche vermietet werden. Leider nutzen das auch einige Touristen um mit Bluetooth Boxen ihre Nachbarn zu beschallen, was wir als störend empfunden haben. Das war leider tagsüber und auch nachts der Fall. Sonst ist die Gegend eher ruhig und sicher.
