Comfortable country house located a short distance from the characteristic village of Castiglion Fiorentino. The geographical area of ​​reference is that of "Valdichiana", that is, the area south of Siena: from here you can easily visit places like Cortona, Siena, Valdorcia and Umbria. You can get there quickly in the beautiful Florence. The house is independent and has a private garden and swimming pool. The furnishings are rustic Tuscan style. You reach the house by a short stretch of dirt road in good condition (about 300 meters). A few tens of meters from the house there is a track of ultra-light aircraft, where it is possible to ride on the valleys on request.

Great Tuscan experience

Wonderful location to stay in Tuscany with many interesting towns within about an hour's drive or less. Catia provides a lovely home in a beautiful setting with an amazing outdoor space. She is quick to answer any queries or problems that may arise. The house (including beds) is very comfortable with capacity to accommodate many family members. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing experience for our entire group

My husband and I stayed here along with 2 other couples. We had an amazing time. The house was spacious and clean, the pool was well-maintained, and Catia was kind and communicative. We contacted Catia before our stay and hiring a chef to come to the villa to prepare a meal for us. Catia offered to do it for us, so she and her mother came out and made the most amazing multi-course meal - she should be a professional chef!! We were all very happy with our stay here.

Ongelooflijk prima, top zelf. Alles klopte met de foto's die op de site staan. Alles functioneerde goed. Zaten zelf al reisstekker overal in. Nogmaals top geregeld

Familienurlaub un der Toskana

Das Haus hat einen rustikalen Charme. Ein altes Bauernhaus, dass liebevoll hergerichtet wurde. Der Pool ist groß und wir konnten ihn gut nutzen. Das Wasser war auch schon recht warm für Anfang Juni.
