The complex consists of six buildings with a large lawn and palm trees and 2 swimming pools, all in absolute stillness. The building has 4 floors with garages in the basement.

In all these private and public areas .In the driveway is allowed every building there are several entries, each other on the beach and the lake.

Opposite the building there are landscaped gardens, 2 swimming pools, 4 paddle courts with showers and changing rooms.

From the gardens there is direct access to the pedestrian promenade and the beach. These shortcuts are only pedestrian and emergency services. Romantic paths through the gardens of .All complex paths and plants are illuminated at night and have a watering system.
