2 bedroom cottage with double beds in each room. Cottage has a full kitchen, one bathroom with a shower, living room with windows facing the lake, washer, dryer, A/C, BBQ, picnic table, and 2 Fire Pits. Quiet area to enjoy the sunsets, swimming, fishing, bonfires or just relaxing.
Walking distance to the restaurants, Colchester marina, beach and splash park. Many wineries in area too. Living room has a sofa, love Seat and TV. Wifi as well.
Cottage sits near the edge of the bluff which is about 20' high.
There is lake access nearby.
1)Colchester beach is a 2 minute drive away
2)Walk down gravel road, pass cottage #44, then left at cottage #16 and down the gravel path towards the lake
Note - There could be area closures due to COVID-19

We are a couple who love relaxing by the lake. We sold our house in Windsor and moved to Colchester to be near the lake and our cottages

This property has a great view of the lake. There is lots of property and room to sit on the front lake side or sit in the back patio area for added privacy. There are 2 fire pits to enjoy. There is a vacant lot next to the cottage for some added space or more room to park or play.
