Incredible Remodeled 1 Bedroom 1 block from the beach at Medano Bay!
This condo has a, full kitchen, living room and full bath. The corner units are larger and provide a huge balcony to enjoy the Cabo area. Can sleep 2-4 people in separate beds. The complex is secure and relaxing. A great place to unwind or if you want to go party down town and then come home to a quiet safe comfortable place, this is a perfect place to do it. Centrally located, it's only a block to the beach or a block the other way to the beautiful marina and mall. There is an amazing restaurant in the lobby called Serrano's Tequila and Wind. There is pool with a bar and ping pong and other activities for family. Come enjoy a place to stay in the center of town.

Large courtyard and pool completely fenced in with 24 hour security. One of the largest properties in down town, but not the most expensive for the location! Amenities on site such as a spa, grocery store, amazing restaurant in the lobby called Serrano's Tequila and Wine, a pool bar, plenty of space and beautifully maintained grounds.
