This beautiful spacious Carmel Point home offers magnificent ocean views. A short stroll to both Carmel Beach and Carmel River State Beach.

You will feel pampered in the upper level luxurious private master suite with a beautifully appointed spa bathroom, relax in the jetted tub or unwind in the large shower. The master suite features a large walk in closet with its own Miele washer and dryer.

The main level consists of a spacious open living room with large fireplace, dining room, media area with wet bar. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and features top line appliances including Wolf and Subzero.

Also located on the main level is beautiful bedroom suite with queen bed and with an adjoining sitting room with pull out couch.

The outside living area with barbeque can be accessed from both the media area and main level bedroom suite.

The lower level entrance has a large laundry room, a tandem 2 car garage and the third bedroom suite with bath.

This home is tastefully appointed with comfortable elegance.

Perfect house for families and/or friends.

Our stay was very comfortable to say the least. The house is very well equipped, clean and well located close to the village. The beds were very comfortable . I would highly recommend staying here and will try to do so again if I am ever back this way.

The perfect location in Carmel-By-The-Sea

Couldn’t have been happier with the location of this property. The home was cozy and well Appointed with everything we needed. It’s worn in so not too precious which is great if you have kids. We loved our stay and will hopefully be back soon!

We fell in love with Carmel Point and wanted to have a beach house here. We were so lucky to have found this lot...shortly after purchasing the lot we built this home.

We remodeled the home 5 years ago, so the inside stayed as beautiful as the view of the magnificent outside.

Why they chose this property

I remember when Carmel was such an artist's retreat and was always very drawn to the area. I love the beach and used to be a surfer, so when finding this location on Ocean View Avenue with the spectacular ocean view I had to have it. To have such close access to the beaches and the beautiful views and not have the traffic of Scenic Drive was too good to be true.
