ruim huis op een goede locatie

Het verblijf was goed, ruime woning voor ons gezin. Alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig. Directe communicatie met de eigenaar, indien probleempje wordt het asap opgelost. Enige mindere punt is dat de tuin niet aangrensend aa het pand is.

Prettig verblijf in Verona

Mooi en ruim appartement. Leuk ingericht. Rustig gelegen, geen hinder van de weg. De auto kan veilig worden geparkeerd achter een elektronisch gesloten hek. Er is geen airco (wel ventilators), maar door een juist gebruik van de vensterluiken kan de ruimte voldoende worden beschermd tegen de warmte. We hadden een zeer leuk verblijf!

Preis-Leistung und Kommunikation ist empfehlenswert!

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und die Kommunikation gut. Die Austattung der Wohnung ist, bei dem Preis, in Ordnung. Die Innenstadt von Verona ist mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Apotheke, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants sind zu Fuß innerhalb von bis 15 min. erreichbar.

15 jours à Vérone près du lac de Garde

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison bien équipée. Quoique sans climatisation, nous avons supporté la canicule car le logement est au rez-de-chaussée. L'emplacement nous a convenu : situé en limite de la ville, il est facile de partir en voiture vers le lac et les environs ; en outre, l'accès au centre ville est facile en voiture ou en bus ; nombreux commerces à proximité. En août, nous conseillons de profiter du festival d'opéra dans les arènes de la ville. Venise est à 1h30 de train pour 20€ l'aller/retour et la gare de Vérone est très accessible. Pour finir, Fabio est un hôte très attentionné et très réactif ; merci beaucoup Fabio ! Bon séjour !

Eine modernere Küche mit Geschirrspüler und ein moderner Herd wäre schön gewesen. Auch eine Klimaanlage hätten wir gut gefunden. Gut war der PKW-Stellplatz im Schatten und mit gesichertem Tor.

Casa amplia en los alrededores de Verona

Ha sido una experiencia muy buena! Éramos 2 adultos y 2 niños. La casa es amplia, cómoda, la decoración es medio rara pero es un detalle menor. La localización es buena, pero sugiero tener un vehículo! A pesar de que el transporte público es bueno en Verona, es mucho más cómodo tener un coche. Cerca de la casa hay supermercado, algunos restaurantes que son menos turísticos, lo que genera una experiencia en Italia más 'real'. Altamente recomendable :)

Appartamento in una zona molto tranquilla e comodissimo per raggiungere il centro di Verona in pochi minuti di auto. Posizione comoda anche per visitare molte località vicine a Verona. Proprietario organizzatissimo per l'accoglienza anche senza esserci di persona. Tutto organizzato molto bene.

Casa bella e comoda. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

La casa e' molto carina con una cucina d'altri tempi che ho trovato molto molto bella. La posizione è strategica se ci si intende muovere anche verso i parchi ed il lago. Il proprietario è stato sempre gentile e disponibile. Solo il giardino non è stato all'altezza delle mie aspettative. Si tratta di una soluzione ottima anche per il rapporto qualità/ prezzo.

Super séjour

Grande maison proche des commodités et bien desservie par les transports en commun. Bonne communication avec le proprio. Très content de notre séjour. Seul bémol le jardin qui n'a pas d'accès direct ... on en a pas profité du coup.

wonderful stay in Verona!

This house is a very nice place to stay when you want to visit Verona. It is in a quiet nabourhood ten minutes by car from the oldtown. We went to Verona, Venice, the forest, Lago di Garda...... The house is cosy, comfortable and clean! Good beds, big kitchen, a nice little garden and good WiFi (important for our kids). The owner, Fabio, lives somewhere else, but he arranged everything very well. I texted him when I had some questions and he send a very quick reaction!

Disappointed

While the place was clean and spacious and the bathrooms were nice and modern, we had several disappointments. First, there was no airflow. Adding fans to the bedrooms would have made a huge difference in the summer. Second, the bed linens and pillows were horrible. There was not an adequate pillow to be found. Lastly, the neighbors overhead were up making constant noise and yelling until 5am in the morning when we had to call the police. So, disappointed may be an understatement.

Casa pulita e accogliente, molto spaziosa e calda. Unica nota negativa: il secondo letto della camera non matrimoniale quasi a raso terra e molto scomodo. La posizione e' ideale per raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti.

Soggiorno a Verona

Siamo stati a Verona, ospiti di questo grandissimo e comodo appartamento, a pochi minuti dal centro e pochissimi da san Zeno, durante le vacanze di Pasqua. Un plauso va sicuramente al proprietario, che pur essendo distante, è venuto incontro a tutte le nostre esigenze in tempi rapidissimi. Siamo una famiglia con due bimbe piccole, per questo avevamo bisogno di un lettino da viaggio, non inizialmente disponibile. Ebbene, il lettino è stato acquistato appositamente, nuovissimo della Chicco, insieme a una TV, che non era collegata ma poco importa: siamo stati più fuori che dentro casa. Consigliamo sicuramente, qualora si avesse voglia di vedere la bella Verona e dintorni, questo appartamento, per la posizione, a cinque minuti anche dalle Autostrade, per la grandezza e per il resto. Solo un consiglio: far trovare agli ospiti brochure informative su luoghi di interesse, locali ecc...Alessandra
