This elegant residence, located on the ground floor of a lovely recently renovated building, is located in the characteristic San Zeno neighborhood. The entire apartment, although furnished in a modern style, is characterized by a ceiling with exposed beams which gives the house a sense of warmth. The independent entrance opens directly onto the large living room furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, TV, an elegant glass table with 4 chairs, and the kitchenette equipped with everything needed for cooking.

The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom furnished with a wardrobe with mirrored doors.

The elegant and modern bathroom is equipped with a large shower.

The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, air conditioning, dishwasher, microwave, hairdryer and WI-FI.

Security deposit: € 200.00.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Verona and the apartment made it easy to walk to everything we wanted to do. It is very basic, but what it lacks in amenities it makes up for with convenience to sights, restaurants, grocery stores, and transportation. It provides everything you’ll need to start your stay. The bed is very comfortable and the washer is an added bonus. The management team was responsive to our needs and even met us very quickly when we locked ourselves out. I would definitely recommend!

Overrated lacking in many ways

Check in information was lacking. We arrived at the only address provided which was the uni itself. No one was there. We called the number provided and the calls were not answered. There was no opportunity to leave a message. Eventually while we were standing on the sidewalk we got a call from the manager who said we had gone to the wrong address (no other address has been provided). After I pointed that out someone reluctantly came with a key. The unit itself was stark and poorly equipped. No coffee machine, no ice cube trays . I could go on. The unit was stark. No attempt at all to decorate it. The AC made noise like it was working but didn’t. Luckily it was not too hot outside. The location was reasonably convenient but ground floor on a busy street. The bathroom sliding door jammed trapping my wife inside. We had to lift one side of the door using a knife. When we complained we were told that was normal.

Gut ausgestattete Fewo in ziemlich zentraler und recht ruhiger Lage

guter Kontakt zur Agentur; Fewo liegt ca 200m von San Zeno entfernt in relativ ruhiger Straße, Schlafzimmer ist von der Straßenseite abgewandt; funktionales Bad, gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr sauber. Das gesamte Haus ist etwas hellhörig, man hört die Schritte in der Wohnung darüber. In 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß an der Arena, Piazza Brà.
