Villa Ginestra is located on a hill about ca. 500m as the crow flies from the sea, surrounded by greenery, enjoying a wonderful view over the entire Costa degli Dei, between the Gulf of St. Eufemia and Tropea. On the horizon, on clearer days it is possible to admire all seven of the Aeolian Islands and in particular the Stromboli volcano that dominates the scene. Spectacular sunsets over the sea and a light and continuous sea breeze will make you appreciate the tranquility of the place and make you enjoy your holiday.
The apartment has a living room with kitchenette, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, terrace overlooking the sea, all furnished and equipped with all comforts, sat-tv included. In the large garden surrounding the Villa, surrounded by olive trees, palm trees and colorful flowers there is also a barbecue area for barbecues.

Empfehlenswert

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach völlig unseren Vorstellungen. Die Aussicht ist grandios. Den Grillplatz benutzten wir sehr gerne. Ein besonderes Lob an Francesco. Er war ein toller Gastgeber. Wir verreisen öfter in diese Gegend. Gerne wieder!!!

VISTA PANORAMICA FAVOLOSA

Complesso su una collina a 3 minuti dal mare con una vista mozzafiato. Casa spaziosa ben organizzata per una vacanza. Francesco il responsabile dell'appartamento è sempre disponibile cortese e solare. Unico neo la TV satellite, non abbiamo potuto vedere la finale Italia Inghilterra. Se si desidera una vacanza tranquilla con tramonti indimenticabili venite qui...

Tolle Terrasse mit super Ausblick, aber Lärmbelästigungen

Die Wohnung ist in gutem Zustand und wie beschrieben, bis auf die Ruhe. Zum einen hat man bis 1 Uhr nachts Partylärm vom Strand, der ziemlich laut ist, zum anderen hatten wir 3 von 6 Tagen massiven Baulärm aus der Nachbarwohnung, wo irgendwas renoviert oder umgebaut wurde. Außerdem gibt es kein W-Lan, das war auch nicht versprochen, für uns aber schon unangenehm. Ansonsten eine schöne Wohnung auf großzügigem Grundstück mit toller schattiger Terrasse mit Meer- und Küstenblick

Meravigliosa location

abbiamo trascorso qui la seconda settimana di settembre. La pace intorno, la vegetazione e il panorama sono stati al di sopra di ogni aspettativa. Non abbiamo mai cucinato in appartamento ma mi sembrava ben fornito di tutto. Sicuramente da consigliare!!!

Nice Apartment in Wonderful Location

We have been visiting Zambrone for 6 years now, always perched part way up the hill at different locations. This was our first time at this apartment. It is a nice comfortable apartment Closer to the bottom of the hill between Zambrone Maritime and the village of Zambrone. Part of a block of 8. The views are superbly uninterrupted over the Med across to Stromboli and Sicily. The surrounding gardens make it pleasantly secluded. Bedding was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom with shower. The kitchen living area was basic, and the fridge was on the blink, generating lots of frost and water throughout our week. The TV wasn't connected to any aerial, but hey, who needs a TV? Shared washing machine was fine. The local contact is Francesco, very friendly and helpful, but who doesn't speak English, so lots of arm waving when most of the locks on the windows didn't work, and phone conversations were impossible. All sounds a bit petty to mention these things, but they are easily sorted. A hire car is an absolute must, as walking everywhere would leave you exhausted, and there is nothing within easy distance. Would we go back? Definitely, but not in high season, as there is no aircon, and it gets searingly hot June to September. Overall excellent value, and perfect for our needs.
