Great place in Frisco

My husband and I enjoyed our 4 night stay here. The condo unit was spacious, well furnished and absolutely comfortable. Sylvia has thoughtfully provided extras such as helpful information, board games, quality & plentiful linens, everything you need for the kitchen, fans for hotter temperares and furniture for the deck that accentuates the view. The view was beautiful as depicted. The bikes and kayak, as well as the garage were a real plus. Check in was digital and convenient. The elevator was appreciated. The area has many things to do. Thank you for sharing your lovely mountain home with us!

Amazing views, great location

Beautiful condo with amazing views! We LOVED our stay there. Very clean. Never had any noise from neighbors. Comfy beds. The lower bunk in the second bedroom was a regular mattress, not a futon. Great shower in master with lots of hot water. Thoughtful details such as fans provided. The hot tub with Mountain View was fabulous. We enjoyed meals on the balcony overlooking the lake. Fresco was fun to explore. Many things to explore within walking distance. Would absolutely stay here again.

Adventures at Lake Dillon

Loved this condo's views from the balcony! We took advantage not only of relaxing with the view of the lake and watching bikers on the bike path, but we also had our own adventures using the available kayak and bicycles. We were able to whip up some good food including use of some of the items in the well stocked pantry and equipped kitchen. Morning sun shined in the windows and a cool summer breeze flowed through the condo with the windows open. The hummingbirds were entertaining and the condo complex was quiet and relaxing upon return from our daily adventures. The only downside is that the complex is so secure you have to pass through the security coded lobby each time when entering and exiting the condo. Loved our stay!

Great stay in frisco!

We had a lovely time at the condo. The location was superb - right on the Rec path but further away from town so that things were a little quieter. It was an easy walk to Walmart or Safeway anytime we needed something. The owner was very gracious working through an issue with one of the bikes she made available for use while staying there. The condo was very pleasant and homey, not overly done up with mountain motifs. There were only two minor issues (and this is nit picky) for our stay: the kitchen wasn't as clean as we would like (but that could have been our own fault - we asked the management company if we could arrive a bit early so maybe they rushed) and some of the rooms were a bit dark with only lamplight. All in all, it was a great experience. Frisco seems like a place where you never run out of places to explore.

Nice 2 BR condo with terrific views, central Frisco

Sit at the breakfast table and watch the sun creep over the mountains, while hummingbirds queue up at the feeder on the back porch. The rec path and Lake Dillon are directly behind the complex. Our 2 and 5 year olds loved splashing in the hot tub out back, biking on the bike path by the lake, and going into town for a croissant at Butterhorn. Having lived in Breckenridge for 2 years, Frisco is our town of choice in Summit County. It is central to everything, less than 10 minutes from Copper, 20 minutes from Breck. It also has a much less touristy feel than any of the 3 local resort towns, is much less congested than Breck, and a nice local vibe.

Response to master bedroom bed size.

My husband and i have stayed at this condo more than once.My husband is also 6ft. 3 inches and I am 5ft. 8 inches. We had no complaints about master bed size. Found it very comfortable and as we both have back injury "history" comfy is important to us. K and L

Wonderfully Relaxing with Gorgeous Views and Convenience to Bike Path

This is a very sweet condo! We loved the views from the living space - so pretty! Our kids loved the bunk beds and the trundle bed came in handy because our only gripe was the bed in the master is a double. My husband is 6'3" so he didn't fit on that and together it was a huge challenge to get good rest. For that, we won't be staying here again but would recommend for shorter folks.

Very comfortable for our Family of 4 adults!

Frisco is one our favorite places to stay in the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Convenient to all ski resorts, (Breck, Copper, Keystone and Brek) for outstanding skiing and snow shoeing access with easy access to all the major ski towns and cross country skiing locations. The main street in Frisco is wonderful to find a great place to go out to breakfast, lunch or dinner. I was happy to find a wonderful and comfy place to stay at Lakepoint with the lovely view of the lake where the 4 of us could spread out and enjoy our R&R while we were in the best Rocky Mountain ski town. We looked for comfy sofas in the living room for our family and nice amenities and this place has all of that.

Nice condo for a family!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view over Lake Dillon is spectacular. There was plenty of space for our family of four and the condo was well outfitted with games, movies (recent releases too!), and a reasonably stocked kitchen. While not in downtown Frisco, it's quite close to restaurants and grocery stores, which is all we needed for our family ski weekend!

We rented this space as a second condo right above the one we own. We used it for one of the families gathered for Christmas. It was perfect in all respects.

Great views and a comfortable home base!

Our family loved staying here. The view was gorgeous, especially with the Colorado aspens changing into bright golds and yellows. This home had everything I needed to keep me, my husband, and our two elementary aged kids happy when we were not outside. The family games were a big hit for us in the evenings. This location is close to Whole Foods and a short bike / drive to Frisco's downtown area. Our favorite part of the weekend was walking along the park paths next to the place. Thank for a great stay. We hope to come back soon.

Away for the weekend

We just loved it! Our son is a cadet at the Air Force Academy and we needed a break from Colorado Springs. His grand-parents from France simply loved the location of the apartment, the view and the comfort; they are elderly and appreciated the 'home amenities'. The proximity to the stores was a plus - I walked to Safeway on the first morning to pick up breakfast. My husband used the grill for a home cooked meal, like at home and it was wonderful to be 'out of a hotel' during our visit. I think everyone wished they could have stayed longer. We met some wonderful residents (Don and his wife from Aurora and their dog) who gave us advice on the best road back to Colorado Springs. It was just a HEAVEN weekend. The view is simply gorgeous. Thank you so much for helping relax for this short weekend! We plan on coming back. !

Nice place, great views

We spent a mid-August weekend here, and will stay again. Our two young girls shared the 2nd bedroom, a pack and play was in the unit. Right on the lake and next to the Frisco bike path, a few minutes from Main Street.

Wonderful view!

This condo is in an excellent location, right on the Frisco bike path. It is convenient to Frisco, Breckenridge, Dillon, and Copper Mt. It's about a 20 minute walk to the Frisco Marina where we rented kayaks and paddleboards. We rented bikes right across Hwy 9 at Pioneer Sports. It has amazing views of Lake Dillon, which we enjoyed in all kinds of weather. It was so relaxing to look out the window at the kayakers, bikers, and walkers. The furniture was very comfortable, and the condo was clean. We appreciated the full size washer and dryer in the unit. There were plenty of towels. There was a new community hot tub and BBQ being installed while we were there, which should be open by now (8/15). We would return to this unit.

Perfect, felt like home!

We loved our stay here! The condo is very cozy and clean, we felt comfortable from the moment we walked in. The views are beautiful and so relaxing. We enjoyed having the bikes and kayak available and used them several times throughout our 5-day stay (which saved us a lot of $$). The kitchen is well equipped with basic condiments, spices, paper goods, even baggies and etc. Having the washer and dryer in the unit was so nice! The only downfall was the hot tub was being remodeled during out stay, so we were unable to use it. However, it will be gorgeous when it is done. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful views and decorations

We stayed here for a long weekend over labor day last year. Our trip would have been ruined..it rained the whole weekend ! :( but this condo saved it. The balcony is covered, so even though it was raining, we were able to sit outside and enjoy the gorgeous views of lake Dillon and the mountains behind it! We had an amazing time just relaxing at the condo which is beautifully decorated in mountain decor. My only negative which I mean to be constructive criticism was that the curtains in the bedroom did not block out the light from the walkways at all ! Almost a year has gone by since we've stayed there, so hopefully they've invested in some blackout curtains by now:)

About the host

Hosted by Sybil Hall

Host profile image
Sybil and Brian and their two adorable children, Carina and Bryson, bought this beautiful condo to get away from it all. They fell in love with the view and access to the lake and bike path as well as the ease of getting to the areas seven World-Class ski resorts. When we are not enjoying the condo, we love to share the joy with others wishing to spend time in beautiful Frisco, Summit County Colorado.

Why they chose this property

This cozy lakeside condo is your base for year-round adventure. Step out the door and hop on scenic bike paths or take the kayaks straight from the garage to the water. Bikes and kayaks are included to make exploring easy.

The free shuttle picks up nearby and takes you to Breckenridge, Cooper, Dillion, and surrounding towns—no driving or parking needed. Whether you're skiing, hiking, biking, or relaxing, everything is close and accessible.

You’re also within walking distance to Natural Grocers, Whole Foods, Starbucks, Walmart, and a wide variety of restaurants. Stock up, grab a coffee, or head out for dinner without needing the car.

Simple. Comfortable. Convenient. Nature and town life, all in one place.

What makes this property unique

What makes this place stand out is the view. From the private balcony and living room, you see the full sweep of the Continental Divide, Lake Dillon, and a forest that is alive with moose, birds, and trees. The sunrises are worth waking early for. Peaceful, unfiltered, and always changing with the light.

You can take a kayak straight to the lake or ride a bike right onto the path. The free shuttle gets you to Breckenridge, Keystone, Cooper, and other towns with no hassle. And even with all that nature, you are still just a short walk to groceries, coffee (Starbucks!), and restaurants.

It is the kind of place that lets you slow down, breathe deep, and actually enjoy your time away.
