APARTMENT FLORA is situated at the entrance of the Nature park «Rt Kamenjak». It is perfectly positioned to offer numerous rich touristic arrangements inclouding breakfast, bar, fitness, sauna, swimming pool and various field trips, arrangements and information which includes the whole Istrian peninsula (with the possibility of enjoying in the participation of many cultural events, concerts, exibitions and folk festivals…).

APARTMENT FLORA is a new apartment situated at the entrance of the Auto Camp «Stupice».

Vicinissimo al parco naturale

Appartamento pulito e abbastanza grande, arioso, con mobilio nuovo, due terrazzi attrezzati, piscina molto pulita con lettini ed ombrelloni liberi, possibilità di usare griglia esterna. Ottima posizione proprio a 200 metri dall'ingresso del parco kamenjak e del campeggio Stupice.

Kurzurlaub mit meinen Kids

Das Appartment in dem wir wohnten war sauber, geräumig und modern eingerichtet. In der kleinen Küche war alles vorhanden um sich selbst zu versorgen. Das Haus ist eines der wenigen mit eigenem Pool. Das ist praktisch wenn man nicht extra zum Meer fahren möchte. Die Entfernung zur Zufahrt des Kap Kameniak ist etwa 400 Meter entfernt. Gute Lage. Das Dorfzentrum ist 10 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank!

Che nostalgia!

Che dire? Forse "eccezionale" è l'aggettivo che descrive meglio il proprietario ed "incantevole" è quello che meglio si adatta al luogo. L'appartamento si trova proprio di fronte ad un parco naturale che merita veramente di essere visitato (meglio se in bici). Vanja( il proprietario) è una persona squisita, estremamente disponibile e socievole che dà ottimi consigli su cosa visitare e su come è meglio organizzarsi( parla italiano ed inglese) L'appartamento è pulito, arredato di tutto il necessario e sito in un area molto tranquilla, ideale per famiglie con bambini. Noi siamo andati con i nostri 4 figli e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Dal paesino di Premantura si possono raggiungere molte località turistiche, è ben servito dai servizi (supermercato, panificio, bar e ristoranti) e ci sono moltissime attività sportive che si possono praticare nelle vicinanze ( windsurf, canoa, moto d'acqua, noleggio barche, parasailing, diving, mountain bike...)che altro dire? Consigliatissimo!

Appartamento al di sopra delle aspettative. Grande, fornito, arredato con mobili moderni. Proprietario presente ma non invadente. Peccato che le spiagge non siano facilmente accessibili a piedi con bimbi piccoli. Problema in parte risolto con l'utilizzo della piscina del complesso

"Il recidence è veramente molto confortevole, vicino all''area protetta di Kamejac, vicino al centro del paese ma senza confusione. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili. Pola dista 15 minuti ed è facilmente raggiungibile. Tutto corrisponde a quanto riferito nell''annuncio con un''unica eccezione: non vi è la lavatrice cindominiale, solo quella dei proprietari. Comunque il nostro soggiorno è stato molto positivo e soddisfacente!"

"Le premier logement étai...

"Le premier logement était insalubre (moisissures et odeurs), et très bruyant à cause de la réception juste en face de notre porte d'entrée (claquements de porte jusqu'à parfois 2 heures du matin...), piscine ("remous" mis en route dès 7 h du matin...) et barbecue commun devant notre terrasse, occupé bruyamment jusque tard dans la nuit... On a du batailler pour obtenir un autre logement, et avons du payer le ménage qui était déjà fait dans "l'ancien"! Un geste commercial aurait été le bienvenu car les gérants n'ont pas su faire régner le calme, pire la gérante et une client se sont disputées (elles hurlaient) dans les escaliers devant notre porte à 2 h du matin !). Quelles vacances ! Heureusement que la Croatie est jolie ! et que le second appartement était propre et plus calme. Mais nous n'en avons bénéficié qu'une semaine sur les 3 ! Mais attention, tout est payant : la machine à laver (5 euros à chaque fois), le sauna (même prix, même le ménage final lorsqu'il est fait (25 euros !!!) et ce n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce ! Pas de four, ni de cafetière ! C'est dommage, si tout était précisé dans l'annonce, on saurait à quoi s'en tenir..."
