Close enough to the beach (10mns walk or free resident taxi boat in the month of June, July, september).

Completely renovated, tastefully decorated with terrace over looking the boats to enjoyed a beautifull breakfast, lunch, diner or just a drink...

Nice size closet to hang your clothes and one side with shelves for Monsieur and one side for Madame.
After a beautiful candlelights diner, you will enjoyed laying in a top quality queensize bed, very rare in the little Port-Grimaud flats.

Anniversary Holiday in Port Grimaud

Had a wonderful time celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary here. Lovely apartment and fantastic views from the balcony. Enjoyed watching the boats coming and going, all very relaxing. Made great use of the residents boat, the beach and local restaurants.Thank you Ghislaine, and it was also lovely to meet you too!

Nice stay in a beautiful surrounding

We were very pleased with the stay! The apartment is clean, it is well equipped, enough space and the outside was superb! A beautiful view of the marina and the tip of Saint Tropez were just magnificent. The apartment is centrally located in between Saint Tropez and Saint Maxime, Plan De La Tour and the Provence region with lots of vineyards and high-quality Rose! Restaurants and the beach in Grimaud were just excellent. When we have the chance, we will certainly return to this beautiful stay!

We're going back!

Spotless, excellent air conditioning, great shower room, plenty of space for clothes, ideal for two people, balcony which gets the sun from sunrise until noon, comfy bed. A ten minute walk to the sandy beach, and a few minutes less into the "village". A lovely apartment in a lovely area.

Point de chute idéal pour visiter Port Grimaud et le golf de Saint Tropez avec le bateau "navette". Déplacement en voiture à éviter.

Appartement fonctionnel, agréable et bien situé. Parking apprécié. Propriétaire réactive et disponible. Aucun souci à l’arrivée ni au départ. Bonne literie. Le système d’Abritel n’est pas flexible notamment pour obtenir une facture. Je n’utiliserai plus cette plate-forme.

Vous vouliez un numéro de Siret/siren et là ça devient plus compliqué. Dans ce cas la facture doit être émise par le propriétaire uniquement pour le montant que ce dernier a perçu, sans les frais et taxes.

Bon séjour à Port Grimaud !

Bel appartement, idéal pour 2 personnes. Avons passé un excellent séjour, en basse saison. Le descriptif est conforme et nous avons apprécié la propreté, par contre l’escalier pour la mezzanine est très raide, pas adapté aux personnes ayant des problèmes de mobilité. Merci à Ghislaine pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse !

Mme SUTTON est très disponible et à l'écoute tant pour avoir des informations avant de louer qu'une fois la location effective. Le descriptif de l'annonce est conforme. L'appartement est bien équipé, très bien placé dans Port-Grimaud et agréable à vivre.

Appartement très sympa

Nous avons passés quelques jours autour de mon anniversaire dans l’appartement à Port-Grimaud. Il est aménagé très bien, il nous a rien manqué, et la décoration est classe. Ça ne fait pas juste « appartement à louer » mais un peu « chez soi ». Très bon contact (par WhatsApp) avec la propriétaire. A recommander, merci.

Relax invernale al mare

Appartamento molto pulito e ben attrezzato. Dispone addirittura di una macchina per il caffè Nespresso all'italiana, molto rara da trovare negli appartamenti in affitto. Posizione abbastanza comoda ai servizi ed alla spiaggia. Bel terrazzino sul canale. M.me Ghislaine è stata un'ospite molto disponibile e precisa, anche se non siamo riusciti ad incontrarci di persona. Relax assicurato. Noi però abbiamo soggiornato in gennaio, periodo in cui praticamente é tutto chiuso e senza gente. Per noi periodo ideale perché non amiamo la confusione. Abbiamo potuto visitare tutti i dintorni senza problemi di traffico e parcheggio.

Location très agréable et un calme apprécié en cette saison. Une arrivée un peu tendue par crainte d un problème d eau chaude résolu dans la journée. Semaine bien sympathique. Des fauteuils relax pour la terrasse seraient les bienvenus. Merci à Ghislaine pour sa réactivité !

Merci pour cette appréciation. Le problème chauffe eau a été rapidement résolu, heureusement. C’est la raison pour laquelle il est toujours préférable que les vacanciers arrivent après 16:00 h cela laisse une marche suffisante pour réagir en cas de réparations diverses. Pour des fauteuils relax, je pense qu’il n’y a pas suffisamment de place sur la terrace.

Super verblijf gehad. Alles was zoals beschreven. Netjes, ideaal voor twee . Wij hebben genoten zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.....hoe vlugger hoe liever.
