Alles bestens!

Sehr ordentliche und gepflegte Wohnung. Die anfangs etwas mühsame Verständigung mit den überaus freundlichen Vermietern funktionierte mit Sprach-App und Messanger problemlos. Der zu Beginn schwache Wlan-Zugang zum Internet wurde schnell verbessert. Die Küche ist spartanisch eingerichtet und reicht fürs Nötigste. Sie könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein, zum Beispiel mit einem scharfen Arbeitsmesser, Korkenzieher/Flaschenöffner, Eierbecher, ein zweites Schneidbrett usw. (Kleinkram und Küchenhelfer, die man nicht unbedingt braucht, aber hilfreich sind, wenn man mit Familie unterwegs ist und nicht täglich essen geht). Ich bin mir aber sicher, dass die Vermieter bei Nachfrage gern alles Benötigte zur Verfügung stellen. Erstaunlich ist, dass es in diesem kleinen Dorf ein Café, eine Pizzeria und eine coop für Lebensmittel gibt. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in schöner Umgebung.

Bello e silenzioso

L’appartamento è al terzo piano, molto silenzioso e pulito. In generale esperienza ottima. La posizione perfetta anche per passeggiate senza dover prendere la macchina. Unica cosa che non sapevamo era di dover prendere tutto quello che riguarda la pulizia quindi: asciugamani, sapone, stracci e detersivi per la cucina. Per il resto c’è tutto il necessario.

Modern apartment in Predaia

Modern, clean basic apartment in Sfruz. Just a short drive away from the Predaia ski park. The owner lives on the premises and is welcoming and helpful. Kitchen has fridge, microwave and stove top but no oven. There is a bar, small supermarket and pizzeria just a few minutes walk away. I stayed with my two children (5 and 8 years old) for nine nights and it worked well. I’d happily return .

Apartamento en una casa de pueblo, muy amplia, limpia y agradable. En un pueblo muy tranquilo, y en plena montaña para desconectar unos dias. La Sr. Luigina muy atenta, nos facilitó la Guest Card, una tarjeta para huéspedes de casas rurales en el Trentino, que te permite entrar en un montón de castillos, museos, usar transportes públicos gratuitamente y un largo etc. Todo un regalo.

Casa enorme, ottima per famiglie numerose, squisita ospitalità da parte della proprietaria. Sfruz è una località tranquilla con un bar/pizzeria e supermarket vicini alla casa; buon punto di partenza per numerose escursioni. Sono anche facilmente raggiungibili in macchina le località più famose della zona. Segnaliamo le escursioni che ci sono maggiormente piaciute: il santuario di S.Romedio, la splendida Val di Nana e il lago di Tovel.

Sette giorni trascorsi in un vero paradiso,nonostante il tempo non propriamente estivo.Il paese piccolo e grazioso.Immersi in una tranquillita, assoluta.La casa ,perfetta nella sua semplicita' dell'arredamento.Provvista di tutto l'essenziale per trascorrere una vacanza in totale relax.I signori : Francesco e Luigina,proprietari dell'appartamento,persone gentilissime e disponibili ad ogni occorrenza.Consiglio vivamente per chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza con famiglia.Lontano da ogni rumore ,immersi nella natura e rincuorati dalla cordialita' delle persone del luogo.

"Bell''appartamento, grande e confortevole. Molto vicino al Predaia Park, impianti di sci per grandi e bambini. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e ci piacerebbe ritornare. L''unica pecca è la mancanza di una connessione ad internet in wifi. Utile segnalare che non si tratta di un unico appartamento ma di un grande bilocale che ha accanto, indipendente, una camera con bagno."

"L''appartamento e tutta la struttura sono nuovissimi, ottimi arredamenti e ottima anche la zona. La strada per arrivarci è semplice, e dalla posizione si puo'' arrivare tranquillamente in tutti i luoghi interessanti del trentino. I proprietari sono di una gentilezza e cortesia uniche, sempre disponibili e sorridenti. Ottimo in tutto! "

"We stayed here for five ...

"We stayed here for five days among other reasons to watch a stage of the Giro d'Italia and to explore the region. The Val di Non really appeared to be one of the major apple regions in Italy, and provides a lot of beautiful views. We really enjoyed our stay in the appartment, which is at the top floor of the house that can be seen on the picture. It is in the very quiet village of Sfruz, quite high above the valley, but in a very sunny location. The house was well equipped and in a very good state. Beds were also fine. If there was any downside to this location it would be the lack of restaurants really nearby. Since apples are the main business, it does not seem to be too touristy, something we don't really understand since it is a beautiful location. Also, because of the cycling we were oriented a bit more on the Dolomiti, which was still quite a drive. But thanks to this appartment we also really discovered the Val di Non, and its delicious apple juice (the best we have every tasted anywhere). All together we had a great time here."
