Lovely Gites

The property was excellent for two elderly adults but would be a little small for potentially six people. You would need to be prepared to drive everywhere as there is next to nothing within walking distance. If you are looking for a quiet time in beautiful country side this property would be perfect.

Classement que nous devons redemander régulièrement pour suivre les nouvelles normes. Qui êtes-vous pour en juger autrement ??? Quand au véhicule nécessaire il faut bien lire l’annonce sur le site Abritel ! où il est bien précisé que la maison est dans un petit village à 10 minutes en voiture de La Rochelle avec en cœur de village une épicerie /bar/ restaurant /journaux /pizzas à emporter /tabac !!! 4 stars! I just wanted about your comment, to point out that we have a compliance decision for a capacity of 6 people and in a 3-star rating by the prefecture of La Rochelle, with a demanding file and on-site visit Ranking that we must ask for regularly to meet the new standards. Who are you to judge otherwise??? As for the necessary vehicle, you must read the announcement on the Abritel website! Ein liebevoll ausgestattetes Feriendomiziel. Das Cottage ist sehr gut ausgestattet, in der Küche lässt sich gut arbeiten und die Betten sind komfortabel. Zum Einkaufen muss man ca. 6 Minuten fahren.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Super séjour en Charente Maritime

Logement au top !!!!! 👍 Idéalement situé, porche des axes routiers, au calme, la place de parking est un plus. L'équipement est très complet, nous n'avons manqué de rien , la décoration est superbe et un merci tout particulier à Bruno pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Je conseille cette location à tout le monde, et c'est sûr que nous reviendrons !!!

Gite très propre a 20 min de La Rochelle

Accueil au top, avec mise a disposition d'un rack pour attacher les vélos et d'un cadenas renforcé. Le gîte est très propre, au calme avec un parking privatif . A 4 + un chien, on s'y est sentis a l'aise (dixit ma fille de 15 ans : "de tous logements qu'on a loués, c'est celui où je me suis le mieux sentie !") Beaucoup de conseils sur les visites, les restos des environs. M. Poitevin est un excellent hôte qui est présent en cas de besoin. Le gîte est très bien placé, a 20 min de La Rochelle, ce qui est top. Nous recommandons à 1000% ! Encore merci M. Poitevin.

vacances à Longèves

Très bon séjour, Mr Poitevin était très à notre écoute, nous discutions souvent ensemble , et il n hésitait pas à nous guider dans nos visites. Il y a dans le gite un livret fait pas sa femme , d ailleurs qui est très fourni pour nous guider.
