The 50-m2 swimming pool is private. 5 bicycles and a private bowling alley are at your disposal free of charge. The owner does not reside on the area. Getting away from it all

Fairly easy to find, only 5 minutes drive from nearest supermarket and village, the property is secluded and peaceful (apart from the occasional cacophony of cicadas but that’s the sound of the south of France). Mostly well-appointed throughout including nice crockery and glassware, but some kitchen items could do with being replaced/updated (chopping boards, frying pans), but on the whole a really lovely home overlooking a vineyard and backing onto a huge forest. Bring your bug repellent! Satellite TV - could only find French channels which wasn’t a problem for us, but something to keep in mind if you rely on it for keeping young ones entertained. Steep staircase to get to bedrooms, may be an issue for older or less mobile guests. Caretaker was attentive and friendly, prefers to speak in French, which was fine for us but might be a slight barrier for others. Overall a really lovely location, ideal for visiting the lake and coast via the many winding roads around the mountains and hills.

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in villa Barayons. Prachtige en ontzettend rustige locatie. De villa had alles wat we nodig hadden en bovendien was er een groot zwembad. Hoewel het een rustige locatie was, waren de grootwarenhuizen en bakkers slecht op 5 a 10 minuten rijden.

Un cadre idéal pour un séjour relaxant

Nous avons passé un séjour trÚs reposant dans un cadre propice. Le calme, la vue, la piscine : tout était réuni pour ravir les enfants, leurs parents et grands-parents. La maison et la propriété sont pleinement fonctionnelles, trÚs propres et bien entretenues.

Tres bon accueil de leila Maison completement isolee a notre gout Interieur et exterieur au top Jeux et produits de premiere nécessité présents Petit bemol: manque de rideau occultant. Et une chambre bleue sans volets ni rideau occultant. Et nous nous aimons la nature mais la enormement de mouches et de fourmis en interieur : la campagne.

Ein wunderbares Haus fĂŒr eine Familie mit Kindern

Vielen Dank fĂŒr diese wunderschöne Woche in ihrem charmanten abgelegenen Landhaus in der NĂ€he von CarcĂšs. FĂŒr uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern im Teenageralter war das Haus mehr als ideal. GroßzĂŒgig, ruhig - ohne direkte Nachbarn und trotzdem sehr intim. Den riesigen Garten, den großen sauberen Pool, die hochwertige Tischtennisplatte und den Bouleplatz haben wir absolut genossen. Sehr geschĂ€tzt haben wir zudem den großen ĂŒberdachten Außensitzplatz vor dem Haus und die gute Ausstattung der KĂŒche. Unser großes Dankeschön geht vor allem auch an Leila und ihren Mann, die uns bei der Ankunft sehr herzlich empfangen haben und uns zum Abschied sogar Starthilfe geben mussten- unsere Autobatterie hatte ihren Geist aufgegeben ; ) Wir wĂŒrden dieses Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen : )

Environnement correspondant à notre recherche isolement au milieu des vignes avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes, mais proche de jolis petits villages . Maison bien équipée fonctionnelle et agréable . Belle piscine, grand et beau terrain Seul bémol la 4 Úme chambre qui ne peut convenir qu'à de jeunes enfants et reste trop petite ( plutot cabine) . Vacances d’étĂ© entre amis

Nous avons louĂ© cette propriĂ©tĂ© au mois d’aoĂ»t 2021 avec un jeune groupe d’amis. Le propriĂ©taire est trĂšs arrangeant et rĂ©pond rapidement aux messages. Pour ce qui est du cadre, il est dĂ©paysant : on est seuls au monde (ou presque😁) ! La maison quant Ă  elle, est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et propre. Nous avons manquĂ© de rien pendant notre sĂ©jour : piscine, table de ping-pong, terrain de pĂ©tanques, terrain de volley
 l’idĂ©al pour profiter entre amis ou en famille sans forcĂ©ment bouger de la maison. Pour ce qui est des alentours, il faut prendre la voiture pour visiter mais cela nous a pas dĂ©rangĂ© ! Dans l’ensemble nous sommes satisfaits du sĂ©jour.

Un séjour super agréable dans un lieu unique

L'accueil de MME Faluomi Ă  Ă©tĂ© trĂšs agrĂ©able, et elle nous a parfaitement introduit dans toutes les facilitĂ©s de la maison et de la piscine. La maison est bien Ă©quipĂ©e et on avait tout de ce qu'on avait besoin. Les repas sur la veranda les matins et soirs Ă©taient inoubliables, avec une vue sur les vignobles de la rĂ©gion. On a pleinement profitĂ© de la trĂšs belle piscine avec suffisemment de matelas et parasols. (On Ă©tait deux personnes respectivement 4 la 3iĂšme semaine) Les chambres Ă©taitent jolies les lits confortables, et pour 4 personnes mĂȘme 6 la maison prĂ©sente assez de place. Les 2 salles de bains Ă©taient Ă©videmment trĂšs utiles et pratiques. En rĂ©sumĂ© nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs satisfait de notre sĂ©jour avec l'intention de bien vouloir y retourner.

jolie propriĂ©tĂ© calme avec un parc immense une piscine superbe le seul bĂ©mol la chambre Vanille qui ne peut pas ĂȘtre considĂ©rĂ©e comme une chambre mais un renfoncement fermer avec une fenĂȘtre donnant dans la montĂ©e d'escalier pour quatre couples de plus de 60 ans ça ne le fait pas la maison est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e vaisselle barbecue etc..... Ă  conseiller pour 3 couples et des enfants

Vacances entre amis au milieu des terres provençales

SĂ©jour Ă  plusieurs couples d’amis, entre 25 et 30 ans avec un bĂ©bĂ© : des supers vacances. Le Barayon convenait entiĂšrement Ă  la description ; nous avons passĂ© nos journĂ©es dans la piscine qui est trĂšs grande, autour de la grande tablĂ©e extĂ©rieure qui est sur la terrasse ombragĂ©e et prĂšs du terrain de pĂ©tanque. Une table de Ping Pong est Ă©galement disponible ainsi que des vĂ©los. Les premiers voisins sont loins et nous avons donc l’impression d’ĂȘtre seul au monde face aux vignes et bercĂ©s par le chant des cigales. MalgrĂ© cela, le village est Ă  3km avec toutes les commoditĂ©s (intermarchĂ©, tabac, boulangerie, pompe Ă  essence etc). La maison, et surtout la cuisine, est un peu petite mais nous avons finalement plutĂŽt vĂ©cus dehors pendant une semaine et cuisinĂ© prĂšs du barbecue. Un petit bĂ©mol : l’absence de clim ou a minima, de ventilateurs disponibles, notamment pour les nuits Ă  l’étage oĂč il faisait trĂšs chaud en cette pĂ©riode. C’est une adresse que nous allons garder prĂ©cieusement !

Maison idéale pour passer des vacances entres amis

Nous avons passé de trÚs bonnes vacances entre amis dans cette maison. L'emplacement de la maison, au milieu des vignes, permet de profiter de la vue et du calme. TrÚs belle piscine avec de nombreux transats disponibles. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter

Beautiful property with a great view over the wineyards

The rooms were nicely furnished and very clean. The kitchen was appropriately equiped and there was plenty of dishes and cutlery. Apart from very occasional field work in the wineyards in the (very) early morning, the surroundings were wonderfully quiet, and the view over the provençale landscape was great. Be careful to bring your own lines and towels, since there are none in the house. Apparently this used to be normal in the region, but considering the rental price of the property and considering that the place targets families, I couldn't help but find this extremely annoying. In particular, since I wasn't specifically warned about this. If you come by plane you simply cannot lug kilos of lines and towels around. In addition there was a misunderstanding about the departure time. The website indicated 11am but the cleaning woman (which is adorable) already arrived at 10am, since the next clients were scheduled to arrive at 2pm (while I had to wait until 4pm to move into the property).

Schöner Urlaub

Ein abgelegenes hĂŒbsches Haus, Inneneinrichtung etwas Ă€lter, aber alles da was benötigt. Traumhafter Garten mit riesigem Pool. Tolle Ausgangslage fĂŒr AusflĂŒge. Leider spricht die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort kein Englisch, aber senist sehr freundlich und mit HĂ€nden und FĂŒĂŸen kann man sich dann doch verstĂ€ndigen. Und zur Not kann man mit dem Vermieter Kontakt aufnehmen (auf Nachfrage dann auch auf Englisch). Auf jeden Fall hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub!
